    Yeah I've been having night hypo's as well (a couple a fortnight) and it doesn't seem to follow a pattern of exercise or eating as far as I can tell. But it's always between 2-3am. Maybe I should look on the bright side - good time to have a protein shake because I'm already up and in the kitchen haha.

    Mine are at exactly the same time even if i have a snack b4 bed which is normally an oats and banana smoothie

    Getting some slin this week. Wanting to do 2x a week is that enough? Can push to 3x if better option.

    I am going to be aiming for 10iu preworkout and have 50 dex, BCAA, Creatine and protein after injection and then another 50 dex, BCAA, creatine while training.

    I will be carb cycling so only eating carbs on the days I will be using slin, will this make me more sensitive to it?

    Sounds like you need to go back and research again with something so dangerous

    You're not only wasting your time with 2-3 times weekly but your use of carbs is an absolute disaster.

    Plenty of threads to educate you but really mate????? Is your diet, training and recovery bang on 110%????

    Are you naturally lean?
    Done correctly even in short cycles, you can kiss goodbye to any lean you may have, to do this safely you're going to get fat.
    I know I will get some objection to this but I can tell you they really cannot guarantee they are following the rules of "safe" use of slin.

    Read up and research brother then research some more

    Please explain? What do you mean by my carbs being a disaster? Isn't 10g/iu very conservative? I understand that doing it more often is better, but you can't really be saying that because I am doing it 2-3 times a week its a complete waste. If I only consume carbs on specific days, then while depleting would it not help improve my sensitivity and actually yield better results comparted to having carbs in my system daily and then just consuming carbs after injecting.

    I am not naturally lean, but doing my carb cycling has helped me get leaner. I am around the 12-15% atm, top 4 abs showing. Booked a dexa for end of June to see the actual result.

    So basically what I am asking is if I am doing no carbs Mon-Wed and Fri then I will concentrate on losing weight on those days, and then Thursday, Saturday and Sunday I will focus on building muscle, hence the insulin. Is this not doable?
