    Default looking for some ideas

    Hey Guys,

    Looking at going for my first cycle.

    I want the Ben cousins ripped look, but more muscle so...

    I've talked to a few mates and they've suggested taking winnie but also sugested taking something that will bulk me up.

    what would you guys recommend?

    I'm currently 73kg. 174cm tall. (8months ago I was 62kg).

    the ben cousins look lmao that has to be the funnist thing ive read i along time
    at 73kg i would say you have a long way to go before using anything how bout you go by a mans health magazine n wake up to your self .......

    you havent posted your diet your training or anything so try again
    if you want what others don't have you must be willing to do what others wont do

    Looking at your stats i see u are 21 similar height to me. The 8 months of weight gain, is this when u started training? over 1kg a month is good, why would u want to interrupt this natural gaining? How about i suggest you start a good bulking diet some hard work and worry about steroids once u have some training behind u...

    Listening to your friends can get u into trouble lol

    do the hard work and research everything u can! dont look for an answer. Formulate 1 yourself (with the knowledge you will gain from study) and come back and check it with other people who may be able to help. Dont be lazy and wait for some1 to tell u what to do. research!!! (not having a go at you but its the only way u will learn)

    isnt there a sticky on how to write a decent start post? we need everything u can give us to help u in every way possible! AAS are not always the answer.

    For a look like ben cousins your gonna need what we in the industry call a cousins cycle here it is cuz:

    -As for weekly doses Tren would be best @ 85mg EOD, GH and Slin ED, the test you can spit up into to 2 doses say monday thursday and no need for any PCT or anything like that being a fairly mild cycle this shouldn't fully shut you down.

    Also incorpirating a few joints and shit load of beer on the weekend will help bring out that hard dry look.

    I'd go 400mg to 500mg of either Test E or Test Cyp for 8 to 10 weeks for a first cycle. You could also throw in some Dbol or Anadrol at a low dose for the first 2 to 3 weeks of the cycle.

    Ahh the good ol cousins cycle, thats a typical cycle known to all.

    In all respect that is an awesome cycle mick, have you ever run anything like that before? I'd do it but I'd make a few changes, firstly I probably wouldn't touch the Drol due to 2.4g of Test E, EQ, Tren, GH, Slin lol! I think you'd be feeling the pump on the first day with that cycle. If I did use Drol I'd go no higher than 50mg ED, but dam I'll tell you one thing and that is that many guys can't even handle 50mg of Drol ED week in week out and this is without any oil or any other orals. Drol is fucken awesome I love the shit. That cycle above is definitely a pro cycle, not an EXTREME MR OLYMPIA CYCLE, but not too far off from that, a couple of steps back from that I'd say, easily a MR AUSTRALIA CYCLE.

    Its a good cycle leading right up to comp time. I'd throw in Masteron @ 100mg ED for the last 4 to 5 weeks, OR use Stana @ 100mg ED for the last 4 weeks.

    hahaha im not sayin i wana be exactly like him, he's well proportioned and lean (my opinion anyway- i can see how noob that sounded though haha)...... i trained for 4 months having no idea what i was doing. then by january i'd researched enough to know i had been wasting my F***ing time. i gained 12kg in 6 months and over the last 2 months i have not gained anything. just seem to tone up.

    diet (please bash if necessary, just understand i cant eat any less or i feel way to hungry lol)

    7: Oats
    Rasberries
    Bannana
    1 x ZMA tablet
    1 x fish oil tablet
    9.00 2 small cans of tuna
    10. protein shake + a banana
    12.30 2 wholemeal sangas with cheese, tomato, avocado, chicken
    1 x ZMA tablet
    1 x fish oil tablet
    2.30 banana or orange
    4.00 another sanga or a piece of fruit (pre workout)
    6.00 protein shake and banana
    7.00 one serve of steak or chicken with pasta and vegies or salad
    1 x ZMA tablet
    1 x fish oil tablet
    protein shake and maybe something to eat before bed

    I don't beleive in the whole 'diet' craze, I believe a lot of what you want can be acheived with drugs, I have always believed this and the more I research into 'hardcore' bodybuilding the more my beliefs have become reality.

    Dieting will still push you a step above the next guy though, well 'generally' speaking it will. I see some guys with shit diets who look absolutely awesome, then I see another guy who diets continuously and he looks like shit, I then ask myself "what the fuck is going on here?"

    Its also like the old wifes tale saying that eating your fruit and veges will make you healthy, well 'generally' they will. But let me tell you that some people eat like shit their whole lives and they never have any health problems, then the next guy eats healthy his whole life and he comes down with every fucken disease known to man, so WTF is going on here???

    A lot of foreigners have very bland diets, though they are healthy, they don't eat the 5 or 6 food groups that the Oz Government says you should eat in order to stay healthy, what a load of absolute shit!! Just because you eat fruit and veges doesn't mean your going to live forever, but at least physcologically you'll feel better about yourself.

    tru?... by Test E or Test Cyp you mean Testosterone Enanthate or Testosterone Cypionate? have you had good gains from these?

    Hey man sorry i didn't even see this post yesterday!.

    well i started training last year but i wouldn't call it training lol. me and a few mates used to go to the gym thinking whatever machine we used we'd look like the tank lifting 320kg leg press haha.

    in January i had done heaps of research (still research everyday) so i came up with a basic bulking diet and workout. what i do now is pretty much the same but i add different exercises each here and there to keep the muscles guessing...

    i've always been a twig so gaining another 12kg was awesome... im not big now but i can lift what my 90kg mate can at the best of times so that helps me get through the day lol. untill 2 months ago i was going sweet as. havent gained anything since .

    ok after 6 months it still isnt the time to give up cos things have gone stagnant. Have u had a week off recently? Try reversing your work out routine. Or changing your routine completely. switch from barbels to dumbels and stick with it a few weeks then change again. As soon as u find what works for u things will go great!
    Diet looks ok.

    i was in the same position as u as a young fellah 57kg at 19 and yes that is a twig! haha. eager to jump on, i did and made all the mistakes possible! i feel as if it has hindered my gains now. i think if i stuck it out a few yrs before going the chemical route i would be in alot better shape now.

    Yeah a week off after my 21st a few weeks back, not intended I was just so F***ed from me party lol.

    me and me mates have been using dumbbells for the last 2 weeks, wish I done it from the start way better range of motion. we only use a barbell for negatives now.

    I've recently swapped the days around a bit (still using the same kind of exercises though)
    used to do:

    Monday: Chest and Triceps
    Tuesday: Biceps and Abs
    Wednesday: Back and Shoulders
    Thursdays: Legs and abs
    Friday: off
    Saturday: off
    Sunday: off

    now we do:
    Monday: Chest, back, shoulders and abs
    Tuesday: Biceps, Triceps, Forearms and abs
    Wednesday: legs, lower back and abs
    Thursday: whatever we feel like needs to be worked (what ever isn't killing from the previous days haha)

    you guys are right this post should have been in another category lol

    me and my mate were going to start a cycle at the end of the year so we had plenty of time to research the what we were going to take. (my mate is keen as on it, i tried to talk him out of it months ago lol).

    after talking to my other mate who's into all this stuff he recommended taking winnstrol and some type of test (unsure what type). I'm taking your advice and wait a bit but i do know i will end up on the gear sometime in the next year. if i was to take this stack would that be a good starting point?

    how many exercises and sets per exercise?

    chest back shoulders abs? in 1 sitting? what exercises u doing on this day?

    u've already made it clear your intentions to get on the gear so in saying that, do research on what to do to prevent sides and control sides, i wouldnt recommend u use any more the 400mg of test a week(any kind of test) and dont worry about the winstrol/stana. keep it simple for the first few cycles u do. 6-8 weeks on is plenty

    usually aim for 3 sets of 6-8 but if i'm having a good run on the exercise ill do another set if i can..

    yeah i found this work out on some website a while back, bit different it even has push ups in it :S. but thought why not try it.

    uh for chest. Dumbbell press, 6-8 reps, 3 sets (followed by a set of pushups till failure, fukn hurts haha). Decline (same deal). adding incline in this week tho cos i miss it...

    for shoulders. shoulder press, 6-8 reps, 3 sets (followed by wide over grip pull downs till failure). Shoulder shrugs, 2 sets till failure.

    back is one armed dumbbell rows, 6-8 reps, 3 sets (followed by under grip pull downs till failure).

    and abs we do crunches till failure, leg raises till failure and weighted sit up and twists till failure (we do all three 2 times).

    its a pretty high intensity work out, don't get too much of a break.

    ohh tru, that makes it a bit cheaper, and less injections the better (the thought of jabbin myself in the leg with a needle still scares me a bit haha).

    I've been doing a fair bit of research on the post cycle stuff. ill post it up for yous to bash the shit out of before i even start a cycle though.

    yeah when i end up doing it thats what im going to do. as for PCT have you had any experience with letro? i've heard its the best for stopping gyno from happening. i was thinking about doing letro on my cycle (maybe a bit earlier) and starting nolva on the last day of my cycle for PCT
