Looking at your stats i see u are 21 similar height to me. The 8 months of weight gain, is this when u started training? over 1kg a month is good, why would u want to interrupt this natural gaining? How about i suggest you start a good bulking diet some hard work and worry about steroids once u have some training behind u...
Listening to your friends can get u into trouble lol
do the hard work and research everything u can! dont look for an answer. Formulate 1 yourself (with the knowledge you will gain from study) and come back and check it with other people who may be able to help. Dont be lazy and wait for some1 to tell u what to do. research!!! (not having a go at you but its the only way u will learn)
