    Hi all I'm very new this site, anyway my name is Tk and I'm 33 6ft 7 and 129kgs when I was younger I was very fit and played heaps of sports. Anyway life got busy started a new company and been very busy with that, now that it's running itself and got some free time I'm back on the fitness buzz!! Now I have been training minimum 5days a week for hr to hr1/2 and going for a run or punching the bag for at least 20mins minimum 3 days a week. So I have been really getting into the gym for the last couple of months and getting heaps stronger and I have just got my first course deca and sus 250. What I really need help with is my diet!! I would love to put on size and lose my gut everywhere else is good just got a fat gut. I'm saying around 25 to 30% body fat. Because I'm a big guy I have always eaten a lot and I have cut out all junk food except some Coke Zero and a cheat meal a week. Now I go to gym straight away in morning and do my cardio afternoon. Anyway tried to put as much info on here for u guys to help so please help lol any advice would be good

    Welcome mate.

    If I were you I'd forget the gear. 25-30% bf? What do you expect to gain from your cycle?
    What oct and pct do you have?
    You getting bloods done pre, during & post cycle?
    Not being a killjoy but from the info you've provided, you're definitely not ready. You'll regret it mate. Be patient. Study up on the gear you intend to use, what are the possible side effects, get down to a reasonable bf, get diet and training on point then maybe think about it.

    Ive never done anything but pro hormone caps for 1 month way back when, however, i used to have a lot of friends who were professional body builders who did. From what they told me, for body building purposes, steroids are not just a jab and get huge, in fact, i knew a couple of blokes that got round and fat, that's it, and one bloke's backside was massive in proportion to his body as a result lol.

    I was told for bodybuilding, you need to have been lifting hypertrophy for a good amount of time, dieting must be disciplined and try to get as far as you can naturally before even considering it, if at all you go that route, and most of them discouraged it all together, even though they had cycled.

    Then, if you did cycle it was very small doses of specifics for a good while and eating massively but clean as well as training differently, more reps and less weight. They also said that folk convert differently and that there could be side affects for different folk. I knew enough to know that it wasn't a simple science.
    Maybe some food for thought there. If your 33 your still likely producing heaps of test really well mate, im 41 and still got good flow, your tall and heavy, throw out the gear, save your body and liver some processing and look well to your diet and train smart and hard, if you dont know the science, you might be throwing cash away just to end up round with small testy's and or fat from producing estrogen in the conversion.

    Just my thoughts anyways, was hard talking to young fellas who want at it.

    For me, if i did want to enhance, i would probably only do so to focus on healing my shoulders and traps and get thicker there if it helped my old injury, otherwise maybe when im older and or have pushed the boundaries of what i can achieve naturally.

    At 25-30% bF your estrogen levels are way too high and you run a higher risk of bitch tits and other sides. Drop down to 15%bf before you take anything. First cycle should be 300mg/wk of test only. And yes you need to educate ya self to find out what sups u needs, like fish oil, vits, mins, pro, carbs, fats, etc, etc
