Anywhere in the world, where would u go and why?
As some of u's may know im getting married and i been given the honeymoon to take care of. But cant think of anywhere thats not cheesy or gay lol

Or where are some places you have visited and what did u think? i been thailand and the missus isnt into the seedy part of it so thats out ...

any help is appreciated!

Also check out south america while ya there.. rio brazil would be fucken sick.. and check out machu pichu and death road etc.. I would like to spend 3 months travelling around there..

Ok back to whats probably a better bet..

America man, hit up a ufc fight, major league baseball game, a basketball game and a gridiron game.. Then ofcourse hit up vegas and some scenic shit.. My mates went there for a bucks trip, got an ounce of coke for $800. Your mrs would probably go for shopping and all that bullshit.. Just tag along and book it around a ufc fight in vegas or something like that.

Paris is pretty good but i guess it's a little bit cheesy though and can be expensive (probably not more than a holiday here though).

depends what you want NZ is good for all that action adventure shit but your both from there so i doupt you would wanna go there.

europe is good for sight seeing and all that.

thailand is good for gear and cheap hoes.

how about mexico? something differant pretty cheap nice weather (in some parts beatiful beaches) cheap beer (corona's are awesome).

P & O cruises look good $1000 each for 7-10days food is included even room service is free so you could get 10 pizzas and its all part of the deal, hell at about $100 a day each you could eat that much in food alone and it goes to a few places in the pacific sounds alright to me.
I went on one when i was about 10 i remember it was fun and there is heaps to do on the ship too. Im thinking about going again soon.

Cuba. Havana for maybe 5 nights, then onto one of the 5 star beach hotels.

all good suggestions! ill give them some research and report back. i like the sound of cuba! mexico i looked into but its very expensive. Im gna need 10k just for flights and accom for 8days lol that not including spending money lol

My mate just went there for his honeymoon so i thought i might do something a little different lol literally like a week ago

Personally I would go to Italy. Altho on my first honeymoon I did the greek islands.

I thought they were more like $200-$300 a day each?

Do south america man.. Go for a month, between you's both you'd spend 15k and visit a few countries and see some cool shit..

yeah id prefer to get it all for 5-10k on travels plus spending money. Fk id rather put that fkn money on a house to be honest...

the missus wants to go Europe. im not that keen on Europe to be honest. who knows things only seem to get more stressful as i go on hahaha

My ultimate holiday would be to tour ALL the hardcore gyms in Europe and the US. I wonder if the missus would be keen for a honeymoon... She already said getting married on the Olympia stage would be awesome lol!!

Yeah id be in the same boat..

If im going to europe i don't want to go with 10k, that would barely last 6 weeks and you'd only see a portion of what you could see.

4 of my mates left a few months ago, saved up 50k and traveling ALL through europe, every country almost. Can't do that shit in a month.

Depending on what you plan on doing each day, you can easily rack up $250 between you both per day in spending money.. This is food + day tours + grog + bullshit etc..

Add that up quickly and 4 weeks could be 20k easily in europe.. Especially if the mrs is only keen on staying in "honey moon" hotels and nice hotels.. Fuck that shit gimme a bunk bed and a room with 12+ backpackers.

Id swap it for a week in cairns @ gilligans and 17k worth of tools or 17k worth of goodies..

I could do alot better things with 17k than go on a token holiday.

Buddy moon's are the new popular thing..

Instead of honey moon's they marry oversea's and all their mates go.. They go for 2 weeks before the wedding, partying and having fun with all their mates. Get married and fly home shortly after.

Buddy moon sounds the goer man.

With all of this knowledge, keep in mind ive never been interested in a girl for more than 3 months, nor has one ever been interested in me for 3 months. So this really influences my opinion here.

wow old thread i started ages ago. i waited and did a month in Europe for the honeymoon. London, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Lisbon, Rome, Athens, Larnaca and all over Cyprus. cept for the stupid north side lol
as for my 10k budget, throw that out the window! hahaha

id love to go to cuba sometime soon. get a chance to see a communist country in all its glory. most imporatantly though id want to go because since americans arent allowed to travel there, cuba is still not too touristy (or so ive been told)

A mate was just in Cuba over Xmas. Said the women were hot, the food was shit!
