    Default left arm problem

    hi guys

recently i was doing my chest workout and noticed something quite odd

whilst i was doing a flat barbell bench just 90 kgs at home i found my left hand couldnt hold the weight and has trouble with the grip, it shakes and fatigues.

i also tried this with dumbells and i cant grip the weight well especially on heavy as if it fatigues. there is no pain just lack of grip, shake and overall weakness in the left arm.

i do have muscle knots in my left upper back that i still need to see a massage therapist to get out. could this be the problem?

your left arm seems weak. try using your left arm to rub out from now on. see if this helps. also helps with co-ordination in that arm too.

The knots are probabaly putting pressure on your nerves which is causing this tingling and weakness etc.

Maybe when you get the tingling etc, medications like anti epeleptics, even anti depressants can dampen the nerve problem, because these meds works on the nerves.

Yea it's inside the center of muscle only clicks when moving it doing curls the more resistance the harder the click it wierd feels unconfortable i asked a dr about it and he said it was some shit and it's normal i think he had no clue but just tried to confuses me to make him self not look like a dumbass who had no clue.

perhaps you should try some joint supplimentation, i used to get clicks in my shoulder from doing arnold presses.

but since i changed the exercise and use glutamine and glucosamine for joints its healed quite well

hmm you might want to get a 2nd oppinion, i certainly dont have a " " CLICK " "in my bi's when i train..

are you running arimidex still? and was it worse when running arimidex if not still running it?

Yea it was probably worse with out it than with it.

It's not a joint issue though it's coming from within the bicep when the arm is at a 140 degree angle. so say you doing curls on the negative at 140* click then down to 180* and the positive going up hits that 140* and click.

I had a click in my shoulder before and this is different i can feel it deep with in the bicep.

well i don't know what this bicep click is, if it's hurting you should go see your doctor or look into physio treatment.
