I don't need to know anything else about you to say that if you're male, then that number is too low.

well I am indeed a male! i knew it was low. I did however have it done after a 2 week drinking adventure. So im not sure if that played a part on it.

i wouldnt worry about the score you get seriously..... its a shit test with no accuracy, its just how you were on that day.. unless you wear a dress and play with barbies i wouldnt really worry..

just keep eating with less junk and more good nutritional foods, a heavy lifting plan with plenty of rest..... p.s have sex if you can it does up ur testosterone.

well young males should be 20 - 35 range that being said i think you will rarely ever ever see anyone with this range (unless on hrt) cause our moden day enviroment has poisened us (plastics, preservatives, chemicals).

every male i see that comes on these forums has a range more of 10 - 20 so yes you are not alone many of us have this low range it's become the norm.

I read a study that men 50 years ago had testosterone levels TWICE of what we had and i can really see this as being the truth think how many wars were back in the day and they probably never had impotence and erectile dysfunction too and not as much depression.

The normal range is 8-32 so your in the middle, i like to score 18-24 to say yeah im in a decent range. But like people have said lifestyle/environment mainly estrogens are causing people these days to have low levels.
There are a few threads on here now with people taking my new supplement being able to bring up their levels to the normal high range you should have a look into it its called resveratrol 100. Michael and adz are doing blood tests trials at the moment and plexus used the oppositions almost identical product and went from 9 to 20 for testosterone.

My test has always been around 10. The endocrinologist said that a score of 10-35 is an average consisting of males between 20-50. So yes, you're within normal and you're not low according to doctors/endo's.

According to us... you're low. According to me, you're low. Nothing you can do except waste money on endocrinologists and come out with nothing.

Just cycle steroids for the rest of your life lol.

All things going well his results will replicate with myself.

I really don't blame him for his above comments. When you go through depression, anxiety and a host of other health problems that the medical profession will just not seem to agree a higher level of test fixes, self administered HRT is the only way. They just think it's all about getting higher levels so you can get big. No it's elevated quality of life, and if they actually listened to people who have had 'experience' there would be a lot of mental health professionals looking for a job.

It's the only area in life where men are discriminated against.

^^ Totally. Women get a whole bunch of support. When a woman says "I don't feel like a woman" women go awwwwwwww. the world goes awwwwww.

When a man says "something is wrong, i dont feel like a man" they say "harden up princess, levels mean nothing.. u can have sex right? so ur fine. we werent made to be bodybuilders"

well that's pretty crazy can't explain that maybe the gear made you bigger and that made you feel better/happier and raised your test levels. As the say depression makes your test lower (and visa versa) so it may work the other way to.

I can't think of any other reason lol thats strange.

Hating life??? LOLOLOLOLOL..... I am probably at about the best I've been in many years, but don't let that fact get in the way of a pathetic response. Because I don't mindlessly post-whore doesn't mean I'm not loving life. When did you last get a 40% pay rise? LOL ... But I digress ......

    So, let me quote you:

"so which part wud u like me to school u in?

    sex
    foods that affect testosterone levels?
    heavy lifting = test increase?
    sleep deprivation? = affecting hormones?

or wait... lets stick to what you have to say that every male having a low test score because of your highly qualified expertise in the field should determine he is of course low test, use a cock / ball cream and try not to squeel like a grl lifting 15 pounds correct?

    go figure...."

    Sorry, not pathetic at all....

Anyway. The issue in the original post is a simple one. Is that score "good"? It's my view that it isn't.

Now you can carry on all you like, but my view remains.

Oh, and ps, the bold part of your quote is by far your best work, and of course, highlights quite an arrogant and ignorant attitude that is impressive.

    Cheers
