    Default Blood Pressure Monitors

I bought myself a digital BP Monitor today, finally!

If someone has a BP reading of 140/90, what would you say?

    Thats not my result.

But the person who works in the Pharmacy told me that 140/90 is what a healthy persons BP should read. I've never had a doctor tell me that 120/80 is a normal result, that sounds a bit low to me, the 80 sounds fine, but the 120 seems a bit low.

All you guys chime in here and tell me what you think the correct BP reading should be!!

Actually 120/80 from what I'm reading about now is classed as the Optimal Reading for an Adult of 20-40years.

    Optimal = 120/80

    Normal = 130/85

    High/Normal = 130-139/85-89

    Stage 1 Mild Hypertension = 140-159/90-99

    Stage 2 Moderate Hypertension = 160-179/100-109

    Stage 3 Severe Hypertension = 180+/110+

    Stage 4 Very Severe Hypertension = 210+/120+

Please list all the supplements your currently taking im talking everything your taking brand and what it is go into detail for me.

Also during the last 3 months of your cycle can you list for me what you were taking as near as possible including extra drugs like adex etc and what dosages you were using.

Im thinking here its either the supplements your currently taking
or you have a massive amount of estrogen still floating around in your body from all the gear you have taken which will take some time to clear. If this is the case a daily dose of nolva or clomid could help, not arimidex though as it works differently.

AND! How many coffee's do you drink or anything that contains caffeine

I was taking nothing and still had high BP. It first came to light last cycle, i had a red face/neck/chest... got flushed easily... headaches.. went to doc.. had high BP.

tested it in between cycles was around 160/90....sometimes 150/85...

when i jumped on again, it went pretty high. ive been taking beta blockers since, and its now 140/90.

was taking test e, adex, 3-4 coffee's per week. nothing else. have just started nolva, resveratrol100, multi vitamins.

I hope you get it all sorted mate!

BTW reading that BP chart you have their, it says to reduce Protein for a lower BP reading lol, kind of goes against what a lot of you guys are trying to do lol! Makes sense in a way, cause I found when training at a higher level, having an extra 50g or 100g of protein per day made absolutely no difference to my physique or my training, if anything too much Protein slowed me down and made me tired. I still believe a good diet is essential, but carbs are what bulking is all about in my mind.

I myself eat fuck all protein now cause I don't train anymore...............

The highest my BP has ever been was 165/95 I think from memory and that was enough to make me get very worried, I couldn't relax or do much with my BP at that level. Not trying to make you worry mate, just letting you know how it was for me

My BP is still up today I got these results:

    10am:
    1st try: 160/69(just sat down)
    2nd try: 148/78
    3rd try: 143/74

    2pm:
1st try: 172/82(just sat down and didn't have it on properly I think)
    2nd try: 151/79
    3rd try: 148/70
    4th try: 151/72

You'll notice above that the 'First Try' on each reading session is higher, I'd say thats because I just sat down and I'm a bit tense etc. I give it 2 to 3 minutes between each Test. They say you should take deeps breaths etc and try to be calm before each reading. The first time the pump started it scared the shit out of me and that alone would have caused my BP to increase. Its like my doctor says "you could die if you keep doing that mate, now lets check your BP", and then my BP shoots sky high cause of what he said.....you get it aye, nervousness alone will trigger your BP to skyrocket.

lol sounds to me like your doc is a joke. First he scares you to death and then he checks your BP!

True. Get this right, when I was juicing and my RBC was a little high, he was telling me that if it gets much higher then I may get a blod clot. NOW I'm off the juice and my RBC last blood test was even higher than when on the gear, he now tells me "oh you'll be okay, its not too bad, it will go down". So basically when I was on cycle he was trying to scare me by saying things which aren't neccessarily true.

Next time I go in for a bloodtest he'll probably pull out a huge 10 foot long python snake and wrap it around his body and then he'll say "Okay now lets check your BP shall we?"

The following week I walk into his office and he has an open container full of 50 Funnel Web Spiders, he starts putting them on me so they can crawl on me, then he says "Right lets check your BP shall we?"

Same thing happens with you too matey, first check is always the highest. Your last reading isn't too bad, well its within the 'HIGH/NORMAL RANGE", if you could get it at that level consistently then I don't think you'd need meds for that, then again was that test after you took meds?

    Some new BP Results:

    Saturday around 9:30am:
    162/82
    143/69
    151/78
    150/74
    146/73
    143/77

    Sunday around 9:30am:
    160/69
    143/62
    152/73
    135/69
    147/75
    140/70

I was surprised one of my readings got down to 135/69, dam if it was always like that I'd be happy with that. All these results are without Meds, but regardless I started Catepress on Saturday: 50mcg in the morning and then 25mcg about 5 to 8 hours later in the afternoon. I am failry certain I can feel the Catepress, makes it easier to relax, but makes me a bit tired I think as well, sort of like I'm just drifting around in a dream.

the one i saw on greys online for 19 was the same as the 120, yea i don't trust alot of the shit on ebay. The trick to online shopping is knowning exactly what you want as in model/brand go find the one in the chemist and search for it online for cheaper.
