my mate put me onto this place in darlinghurst that does DEXA scanning.. scans your
bone density, bf%, bf in kilolgrams, muscle to fat ratio, resting
metabolic rate, calories burned at resting rate, muscle desnsity..
everything. costs $60

Im tipping ill be around 4-5.5% bf (in my fucking dreams).. probably be around 20% @ 95kg..

Keen to see changes in 16 weeks time tho.. I really just want something firm to compare back to.. Also interested just to see what makes up all of my weight atm..

yeah im tipping 20%... im at my heaviest ive ever been now.. Def not my leanest but im at my strongest, and baldest.

Trading Hours:

Tuesday to Thursday: 8am - 7pm (last appt at 6pm)
Friday: 8am to 6pm

Ok lads so im booked in weds next week!!!! Perfect cos 'training' will start next following sunday, and the scan wont lie about how much ive gained! Im expecting about 35kg lean gains and drop to about 3%bf. Im probably about 30% bf at the mo hahahahaha jks. i have no idea what bf i am, id say anywhere from 20% to 30%. im really not sure... i guess we'l all know by end of next week.

CWAT- have you got your scans back yet? care to post em and give us all a look?

yeah got em back within 2 hours in pdf form..

got 22.6% bf... Higher than i anticipated and what id like

Also recomended a 2000 calorie diet and a 2000 calorie weekly energy expenditure..

Ill post it up, i gotta photoshop my name out then host it.. so gimme a day or so..

will be going back in 12 or 16 weeks.. Wanna see how much i can actually change without guessing like most of my mates do..

spoke to jarrod today said you were a nice guy mate

got my results back.... 21.8% BF. gota lose 4-5kg of fat to get down to 8-10% i think it was.
Jarrod is a really nice guy. very helpful and assisting. Any questions just ask him, really good in that sense. Im going to go back for another in 8-10 weeks. Ill post up my scan results on monday.

If you have any questions let me know guys. Getting some around gylcogen depletion. Best with DEXA to make sure you have not training 3 hours prior to a scan (ideally) and more so if you have trained and are pursuing a low CHO diet at the same time as you will be definately glycogen depleted.
