    Default Blood Pressure

I've had a presure feeling in my head lately esp when bending down to pick something up. Went to the dr today to get BP taken and my blood presure is high used to be really low like 113/67 now it 157/85 wonder if it's from the T3 or maybe eating takeout too much.

What else can cause a BP spike like that?

The T3 will increase ya cardiac output by increasing heart rate and force of contraction. This results in increased systolic and decreased diastolic BP.

A high sodium intake ( from take away food ) will also raise your BP.
My father recently had a mild stroke ( he is ok thankfully). When i analised his diet, i found he was eating a lot of processed foods high in sodium.. Since changing what he eats to low sodium foods he no longer requires blood pressure medication to lower his BP..

If i were using T3 i wouldn't be eating a lot of take out as well.. Sort of defeats the purpose really if your trying to lose weight ??

not that i know of, dose magnesium interact with t3?

i've now lowered my t3 dose from 75mcg to 25mcg ED and feel better should be more in the normal range now.

Magnesium is a great supp to help manage blood pressure. I have had BP issues for years and part of my treatment regimen is magnesium.

hopefully i won't need to treat it, my main concern is is how my blood pressure can go from 113.67 (in the althles range) and has been like this over many years when i've had it tested. And then out of nowhere 3 months later jump up to 150.80 (mild hypertension).

haven't taken any gear only drugs i've taken is iburofen, t3 clyomil and arimidex
