    Default Low testosterone

    Hey all

So i finally went to the endo today and got a full hormone test done. Just got off the phone to the endo and he said it has all come back fine i asked what the test level he said it's perfectly fine at 11, I replied isn't that a little low for a 21yo male he said look it's withing our labs clinical range (7 - 30) we can not give you a testosterone supplement unless it's under that range.

I said "fine i understand" i was expecting this anyway and that i'm not really interested in a test supp i was interested in naturally getting my levels to a normal range.

He say's they are in a normal range some people are tall some are short some are in the low range some are in the high range, if your not under clinical then we can't help you sorry. So i see this gonna go round in circles, anyway i try explain i've done some reaserch on this and 11 is what you would see in a 60yo male not a 21yo which should be in the twenties range, And that internet sources are not credible or relable.

So i asked him then can you suggest anything for my fatiuge where do i go from here. He say's they are in a normal unless they are under 7 we can't help you maybe go for anther test in a few years. He then said i could get AAS then went on to give me a lecture in the side effects of AAS and "gym junkies"...

I'm getting the test mailed out so i'll post it up in the mean time dose anyone have any advice the worst thing is every time i get my test tested it comes up lower and lower but still within clinical range.

And therein lays my problem with doctors and lab ranges. Just because it's "in range" doesn't make it right.

Any wholistic doctor, any anti-ageing doctor, would probably prescribe a testosterone cream to lift your levels. If you're feeling any/all the symptoms of low testosterone, then you need to have it supplemented.

You're in the eastern suburbs, are you not?

Yea i am definitely getting some symptoms i don't know if there low test related but i feeling:

Tired all the time even after a 12 or 8 hour sleep
    Sleeping problems
Piss way too much it's a massive inconvince maybe 15 to 20 times a day and 5 to 10 at night.
    Headaches/Migraines
    Anxiety and Nausea
Not really a loss of libido or erectile problems though

I used to be able to deal with this but it's like it's getting worse some times. All this for someone who exercises regularly eats healthy dosen't drink smoke or go out.

Yea i'm still in the eastern sub's for a few more months.

    mmmmmm, that's a lot of pissing .... had a glucose/diabetes check?

The rest can be linked to test; and other things.

I'll be keen to see all the test results.

I'll post them up soon they should arrive on monday seeing as they probably won't get sent out till tomorrow. I think i've been tested for diabetes but not sure i have been like that since i was a kid but recenly it's been getting worse probably from me just drinking more.

I've tried trib 1st time i took it, it did nothing for me (musushi brand) second time wasn't doing anthing so i stopped left the bottle on my cabinet for a few years. A few months ago i notice that they were about to pass there due by date, so i started taking 4 times the dosage before gym and was feeling great but as a few have explained that trib takes a few months to kick in so this would of had to been a placebo effect, you can understand the bottle ran out quickly.

Also I've done the T-Bol cycle that perfectbody gave to me to trial and that has done shit all and i've taken as directed 3 morn and night (under 100kg) so i contacted PB and he told me to up the dosage which is not recomeded against on the bottle but i took doubble dose and still nothing lol.

I might order some NOW trib soon but cash has been tight for awhile cause of unemployment.

    ok.....

but trib doesn't take a few months to kick in.... 2-3 weeks more likely; and in my experience, you do need way more than the recommended dose.

yea i think "that it need's time to build up in your system to work" were the exact words so a few months was just my misinterpretation.

and i was feeling great thinking it was a great pre work out supp hence the placebo effect or they were putting something else in it other than trib.

Mate in all the time I've used trib, it's never taken months to build up. remember, it's not a drug, per se, it doesn't have a half life, as such. I don't even take it every day. Most of my supps are 5 on 2 off. If you are not feeling/seeing results in a few weeks, then either the dose is wrong; the strength is wrong; or there are other inhibiting factors in your body chemistry.

Also remember, that as the effects of trib become more apparent, and you're attitude, emotions, strength, et al become better; you'll train better, harder, which in itself will help you produce more natural testosterone.

The primordial performance range is on it's way we have ordered it and should have it in 1-2 weeks.
Have a look at their website the first import we have will be:

    Sustain Alpha
    EndoAmp
    Toco8
    Phyto Testosterone

Check out this thread here for how to use them and how many people are already using them and getting great results.

Michael when these products arrive we can work a deal for you to have the 3 main one's as a trial and to write up a journal including blood work to see if you improve.

Yea that would be great i'd love to, i already have before bloods done, only problem is when i was trying to do thins to trial t-bol i had trouble getting bloods done. No GP would do them for me when i asked.

Hence why i had to go to an endo just to get it done.

Hopefully if i take my bloods in an explain to one that i have an androgen deficiency but within clinical range so i'm taking supp's and need to know if there working they will hopefully not have a problem.

I'm from mascot next to the airport
I might be moving to Newtown in a few months as i've been evicted from my currant place which is youth community housing an off branch of housing commission they give you a house for reduced rent for two years and unfortunately mine are up.

    ****Warning anther doctor rant story****
I've been going to mascot medical center and the doctors there are dimwits i don't just say this because of this whole test thing i've actually had one doctor there slice my foot open with a scalpel (i could'nt walk for a week) then freeze it with liquid nitro so it wouldn't bleed every where (I was oblivious to this). As i i put my shoe back on he was staring at me doing this and said "Uh maybe i should give you a band aid". So i took my shoe off he put a band aid on. By the time i walked through my back gate i felt my whole foot was soaked and was stinging i pulled my sneaker off and it was full of blood.

This was for the treatment of a root wart i went back 4 days later said mate i haven't been able to walk since you did this wtf, he had a look he then said i haven't been able to walk because my foot has become infected and has healed over so the infection is inside and i can't walk because of the presure of the infection inside, but this is great because the wart is 100% gone and then said to me arogantly "I know what i'm doing 99% of the time! blah blah" then took the scapel to it again to relive this which fucking killed because my foot was so tender after that he said now have a walk arond it should be all good so i did and said it feels a little better but still kills. He must of herd thanks Doc it feels great i'm cured because to him that was it.

After all this bullshit the wart came back three time bigger then before!!
    ** end of rant**

do you have albumin as well mate we can then tell what your free test is.
shbg is good, lh/fsh is low, prolactin is good.

At first glance, you're stressed and possibly insulin resistant, assuming that's a fasting glucose test.

And yes, LH/FSH is too low.

    Thyroid needs more exploring, imo.

Nah didn't have albumin done unfortunately.

is insulin resistant diabetic?? i woke up at about 8am had an EAA drink and dextrose and had the blood test done at 11am.

If i'm stressed atm their is no hope for me in life considering i'm not employed and doing pretty much nothing atm. So in your guys opinion where should i go from here?
