I'm not really qualified to offer advise but seeing as no one answered , I'd say either overtraining or calorie deficit . Go back to basics Try compound weights low reps, heavy weights 3 days a week and eat like a pig and see if muscles come back. I find in winter i loose gains in strength but get them back in summer as it gets warmer.

Loss of gains should not be a concern if you're ready for gear, your training is at its apex and your body is at a level ready to commence cycle.
If you've pushed natural as far as it will go then hit the pin, nail your diet and your training it should not be an issue.

I never drop more than a kilo off cycle and strength only drops 5-10%, a lot of exercises I still do the same lifts.

Then off cycle you need to grab that extra bit deep down in your gut and hit training like you've never trained before.

If dropping weight is a real concern for you then in reality, you've fucked your pct or you weren't as advanced as you need to be to sustain naturally.

It's simple facts and sadly you just need to deal with it but really check your rest, diet and training and make up the deficit.

    To put it bluntly,
You will only keep what your body is conditioned to sustain

I'm Almost bordering as ectomorph I'm a hard gainer, not long ago I was training 7 days a week including mma, boot camp, Hitfit, mtb, dirt track, I had overtraining syndrome it actually ate my muscle away,
I just couldn't stop it had become a way of life not just being fit but superfit withvery high stamina () I was hiting the wall, now recovering from injury I'm going to start again with more understanding and self educated, just carnt believe iv lost so much condition in a relative short period of time,

the site goes up and down with traffic, it's relatively quiet atm but does pick up depending on new members and lives of others. Always quieter around EOFY and winter. When summer hits the gym numbers increase and so does his place
