Hey everyone.

do many of you when eating a higher protein diet get gout?
I don't drink booze often (special occasions only) and try to limit red meat consumption,
but whenever I try to even slightly reduce carbs and eat more clean protein I end up suffering from gout..

I have had blood tests etc.. my doctor just thinks it may be hereditary..

if so any tips on suffering less or different diet ideas I can try?
