very useful info .. .thanks guys.
i had my blood test done the other week because im often completely stuffed by the end of the day.. ive done a few cycles in the past, but nothin for the last 3yrs, was worried my test was low.. anyway the doc said my test level was fine at 23 nmol/L but how good is that really? im thinkin about 40 nmol/L would be bloody good
I'll get a more accurate diagnosis next time now i know what info i should be lookin for
normal range is 8-32 so your high normal which is great.
Im planning on getting a general healh assesment soon. Thinking i should get my test levels checked aswell.
How do you guys go about asking your doc? Do you have to spin some sort of shit ?
Thanks for the tip, ill see what happens
Ok the doc wouldn't allow me to have my testosterone levels checked.
I was lucky to even get a referral for a general health assessment. She wanted a valid reason, wtf!
Anyone know roughly how much it would cost, to have your testosterone levels checked ?
And would you have to go see a GP first, or can you just ring a pathology joint, and book it in ?
call pathology nsw.
what about if your doctor refuses to test you for them? i have had several doctors refuse such blood tests.
man i have seen several doctors and a couple of specialists tho, they say "why u need them tested? you do roids?" i have never enven done them and they ask that i am like wtf.
or the other thing they say is "o u look healthy , no need for the tests!"
seriously i have asked so many doctors. it is beyond a joke!
pathology nsw can take the blood and test it for you call them.
By the sounds of things you're not pushing your point enough... I can't imagine a doctor refusing tests for general health purposes if you're adamant that you want them... If they give you that "you look healthy" crap, kindly tell them thank you, but I still want a referral to have my blood work done... With the results sent to your address, not to the doctor...
Fear based marketing, gotta love it... Eat too little you'll break your metabolism, funny how lower metabolic rate is linked to longevity.
So, can you go straight to a pathology and get tests done out of your own pocket ?
o i hav pushed it enough one doctor told me i was far too intense and needed to relax lol
