can u get this supp any where??
can u get this supp any where??
Anthony. 1 week on resveratrol my LH doubled. 4 weeks on resveratrol my test went from 9 to 20. In 3 years ive been testing my levels, ive never seen it that high.
Without a doubt it works.
And once again, i do ask the guys who are taking the product, are they on anything else that is increasing there test? And lets all be honest.
So its not the reseveratol compound per say that is inceasing hormone levels.
Its not the Tocotrienols which is a anti oxidant from vitamin e.
If anything its probably the flavonoid which is doing anything and the only flavonoid i know which may help test levels or libido is chyrsin, which isnt in the product, or is it in there secretly?
Good luck to all the guys who are using it.
Did you redo your test levels adz?
Yeh we waste our money on natural supplements while injecting 2mls into our trapz every day. On the label it says "best taken with roids". I swear this natural supplement works!
What a silly question to ask. Not sure what your agenda is... but eh.. take it, or don't take it... at the end of the day i couldnt care if people buy the product its not me who sells it... but i have bought it for myself twice.
Ok I'm in on this... I'll place an order and give this a run.
As for the comment whats really in this supplement, well im buying the ingredients direct mixing them together and putting into containers they are what they are, its that simple. you can guy it here after you read through all the science; http://www.onlinenutrition.com.au/pr...atrol-100.html
Members of the forum who have used this supplement; un soldier, adz82, adam blinoff, me, dograpau, plexus, davo, xtremist + some of his friends.
Not one complaint and everyone has said it works. Do your own research dont just take my word for it.
Ok no beating around the bush im going to go straight into the science and reference all claims for you:
What are the ingredients and how do they work?
Resveratrol (99% ultra-pure trans-resveratrol). Aside from the noteworthy benefits for the heart, resveratrol is an ‘estrogen blocker’ because of its unique chemical structure which binds to the estrogen receptor, thus inhibiting estrogenic activity. (1,2) As discussed before, blocking estrogen can help increase LH & FSH levels, which in turn stimulates testosterone production.
Several animal studies have shown resveratrol to be a potent stimulator of testosterone production, fertility and erection frequency. (3-4) The mechanism for increasing testosterone and fertility this was linked to the estrogen blocking action, as well as the vasodilatory effect of resveratrol on erectile tissue in the penis, thus stimulating increased sexual activity. (4,9)
The second ingredient is 7,8 Benzoflavone. This neuro-active flavone has the ability to pass the blood brain barrier and block the suppression of GnRH release through modulation of the GABAergic receptor complex. (6,7,21-23)
7,8 benzoflavone also have positive effects on libido due to its aphrodisiac and anxiolytic (anxiety-relieving) effects. (10-13) By having natural anti-anxiety properties, 7,8-benzoflavone my help improve general self-confidence and well being.
Other research has shown 7,8 Benzoflavone enhances the body’s clearance of estrogenic hormones by inducing 2-hydroxylation of these hormones. (24,25)

tocotrienol complex extracted from palm fruits (elaies guineensis). Tocopherols/tocotrienols supports a healthy cardiovascular system (by improving cholesterol levels) and optimal hormone production. It is a water soluble powder for enhanced bio-availability and is designed to be mixed with your favorite beverage or protein shake.
The tocotrienols in are super powerful anti-oxidants which have been proven to have powerful health benefits for the endocrine & cardiovascular system. (2-8) Tocotrienols play an important role in increasing the "hormone production" signal from the brain to the testes, while also increasing the testes testosterone production capacity. (9-11)
Recently, our unique tocotrienol complex has been granted a US patent for its benefit at preventing hair loss and promoting hair regrowth in individuals suffering from alopecia. In the study, all individuals supplemented with the tocotrienol complex showed a positive result, with an average 42% increase in hair count after 5 months of treatment. We're proud to say this supplement helps grow hair fast. (1) This is a much welcomed alternative to the popular hair loss drug Finasteride, a drug which reduces DHT and contributes to a host of side effects such as libido loss, gynecomastia, and depression. (12)
Technically speaking, this is a natural Vitamin E supplement, but to call it a "natural Vitamin E supplement" puts it in the same category as every other generic Vitamin E product on the market. The fact is, the natural Vitamin E found in your local supplement shop or grocery store is not natural at all. Rather, almost all Vitamin E products on the market are actually synthetic Vitamin E; a potentially dangerous and cheap byproduct of soybean oil, known as alpha-tocopherol (Go ahead, take a look on your vitamin label). this is actually a Natural Complete Vitamin E Supplement.
What makes this different than every other Vitamin E?
First, it's important to understand that Vitamin E is actually a term used to describe a family of nutrients. Most people think that there is only one Vitamin E, when in fact there are 8 different members that make up the Vitamin E family, listed below
The tocopherol family -
* alpha-tocopherol
* beta-tocopherol
* gamma-tocopherol
* delta-tocopherol
The tocotrienol family -
* alpha-tocotrienol
* beta-tocotrienol
* gamma-tocotrienol
* delta-tocotrienol
All of them have important functions in the body and each a unique action. Unfortunately, the only form that's been readily available is the alpha-tocopherol (contained in most generic Vitamin E supplements).
The popularity of alpha-tocopherol stems from the fact that it is an incredibly abundant and cheap form of Vitamin E. In the early 1900's, during the popular time of vitamin discovery, alpha-tocopherol appeared to be the only Vitamin E utilized in the body, because it happened to be the only vitamin E easily detected in blood. (Tocotrienols tend to accumulate and protect the liver, brain, and subcutaneous tissues, while being very hard to detect in blood.) It wasn't until recently that the other forms of Vitamin E, such as the tocotrienols, began to be uncovered as very important nutrients for human health.
The irony is that most Vitamin E products claim to be "natural" because the Vitamin E is naturally extracted from soybean oil, but then synthetically altered to create pure alpha-tocopherol. So, we miss out on all the other forms, and end up with something very unnatural. This creates a major imbalance. For instance, the National Academy of Sciences recently announced that supplementing with alpha-tocopherol alone depletes the body of the other members of the Vitamin E family. This is a problem because it is the "other" Vitamin E's that show the most impressive benefits for improving cardiovascular health and hair regrowth.
Most alarming, is that tocotrienols are already extremely low in Western diets, while being simultaneously depleted by the ever dominating alpha-tocopherol supplementation! Tocotrienols should be first on your list of supplements!
So what's so special about these Tocotrienols and what are the benefits?
Tocotrienols are short & slippery. That's right. Due to a unique stereochemical shape, and short "tail" in their phytyl chain, Tocotrienols have increased cellular mobility. Imagine natural tocotrienols as the "short & slippery" forms of Vitamin E that can pass through cytosol and cell membranes to impart their positive effects, rather than becoming clustered like a synthetic form of alpha-tocopherol. (13)
You've probably heard people tell you to "get your vitamins from natural sources". Now you can. That's because this is an all natural extraction which preserves the perfect natural ratio of all 8 tocotrienols and tocopherols with a high ratio of tocotrienol content. To say that this is superior to other vitamin E supplements would be an understatement. This is a revolution for vitamin supplements and male health.
The specific ratio of vitamin E's in the supplement offer the following unique benefits -
* Clinically proven to prevent hair loss and increase the number of hairs by an average of 42% (1)
* Proven to help reduce cholesterol while improving the HDL : LDL ratio (2-5)
* Maintains healthy artery function by reducing atherosclerotic plaque (6-8)
* Helps support testosterone production by maintaining optimum pituitary & testicular function (9-11)
Why buy this Tocotrienol complex ?
The difference is freshness. It's important to realize, that the tocotrienol powder extracted from palm fruits is essentially an unpreserved food that is extremely susceptible to degradation from heat.
We import the tocotrienol powder directly from the GMP certified manufacturer in Malaysia, package the sensitive tocotrienol powder in our own in-house facility, while keeping the tocotrienol powder refrigerated until the order ships. This means that you are getting the freshest and most biologically active tocotrienol complex on the market - generally less than 2-3 weeks old by the time it reaches you, the customer. This is more than can be said for a gelcap that is exposed to extensive heat for the encapsulation process, plus stored on shelves for months as it goes from manufacturer > distributor > wholesalers > customer.
These studies are done on vitamin e and how it effects LH/FSH, testosterone and how it can help you get more out of HCG during a cycle.science references:

this study shows that the vitamin e made LH the hormone that makes testosterone more potent usually what we see is LH rises and makes testosterone rise but in this case LH just becomes more potent and testosterone rises. i also have a blood test confirming this.Effect of vitamin E on function of pituitary-gonadal axis in male rats and human subjects.
Umeda F, Kato K, Muta K, Ibayashi H.
The role of vitamin E in the endocrine system, in particular the pituitary-gonadal axis, was studied in humans and male rats by examining the hormonal differences between vitamin E deficient and supplemented conditions. In vitamin E deficient rats, pituitary content and basal plasma level of FSH and LH were significantly lower than those of the control rats, but testicular content and basal plasma level of testosterone were not significantly changed. On the other hand, in vitamin E supplemented rats, FSH and LH content in pituitary tissue was significantly higher than that of the controls, but there was no significant rise in basal FSH and LH level in plasma. The testosterone level was significantly elevated in both testicular tissue and plasma. It was also demonstrated that basal plasma testosterone and F.T.I. were increased in normal male subjects following oral vitamin E administration and the responsiveness of plasma testosterone levels to HCG was significantly higher during vitamin E administration than before administration. These results suggest that vitamin E may play an important and potent role in hormone production in the pituitary-gonadal axis in humans and rats.

if you just google sustain alpha blood test you might find it on a forum in whihc you are a member.
I think the answers above sum it up.
As for redoing my test levels, I have taken tests on the 23rd last month that showed test to be at 9.3.
I am going to be retaking them next week. Whether it be placebo effect or what not I will find out. I am skeptical of just about every supplement, and I have only purchased this given the results of plexus and the recommendation I have about it to run my own trials on it.
And no if I were doing anything else to increase my test levels why the fuck would I waste 70 dollars on this. That's money that could go towards hcg, serm or an ai.
Well been on holidays and as per usual no training and crap diet. 2 more days off work and I'm loving the freedom but I'm also feeling more motivated to get back into it.
So I guess the time off all helps get things back into perspective. Plus I'm also thinking of getting a cage and setting up
shop at home. Not ideal the heavily equiped gym I have not but it allows me to train within the freedom of my own time.
To those who have done this before I would appreciate any pointers and what equip you would consider essential and why?
I'm very interested in seeing these before and after blood results...
The after results are put on hiatus this week as holidays for me has meant relaxation and diet of lots of fast food, and crap.
Though it's not without saying that I also stopped taking the resveratrol for about 4 days now and a few noteworthy things.
Not as horny and no more morning woods, orgasm intensity is also decreased.
Back at work tomorrow so I'm back on track and will follow through with the above tests. Although I'm curious about the effect of cycling it's use, which I think Ill test out.
have you got the after bloods done?
Not yet. Not near a gp that will do it.
Well, I reckon I could go to 6 Medical Centres and get each to do a full hormone panel for me.
Seriously guys, this is not hard. Harden up and tell the doctor what YOU want. It is your right to take whatever steps you feel are necessary to protect your health. Full friggin stop.If the doctor you are seeing says no, then go to another. I would suggest that any bulk billing medical centre, ESPECIALLY one with its own pathology collection onsite (as mine does) will happily test for basic hormone assessment. You don't need to do ALL the tests, ALL the time. Getting enough tests done to keep you on track is not difficult.
It's more the next 30 mins you spend arguing with the doctor as to why you want the tests.
According to the doc who took the last tests on mine total test of nine is fine.
To be honest, I think it's easier to get the tests that you want when you are older. Docs tend to think that it is a good idea that you know where you are at hormonally but if you're younger than they think that you have an ulterior motive.
"You never want to show the weight that you're scared... but that's some heavy arse weight" Jay Cutler 4X Mr Olympia.
I certainly agree that it's easier, the older you are. However, that is more to do with ignorant assumptions by doctors, rather than necessarily about age. And yes, there is certainly a degree of skepticism (and well-founded) that some young blokes do have ulterior motives
Whilst it's true that the number of doctors who think outside the square is growing, mainly in the anti-aging, holistic sector, the majority have no real idea about preventative health measures, and for a man in his 20s, I believe getting appropriate hormone assessment and management, will ultimately save the medical system a fortune, and would see a generational change in Australian health.
Preventative health is a key area of interest for my election ambitions.
Cheers
Laz you better be running for pm
