Well the bulk has taken another turn. Getting calories in has taken a new step.
Dinner box post workout meal tomorrow.
Strongest point in my life ever, 94kg.
Although today I really cbf with anything. To describe my sleep has been absolute shit would be an understatement.
Weights not budging but I feel I was gaining a lil too quick so I have dropped the calories a little to drop back some fat.
Having training the way Heath has taught me I have experienced some good gains.
1/4 inch on the calves for example over the past few weeks so I'm happy. Pushing through to Sept.
Good stuff. It's so much more satifieing when u actually get results. That's for sure. Doin exceptionally well going natural. Keep it up
Tell me about it, though works throwing my schedule around and its getting harder and harder to stay in routine cause I am always in a different part of the state most days.

Nothing, training and everything is up to shit at the moment.

I shall be updating this very shortly with a new plan of attack of mine. Gotta wheen off my junk food diet and get to my end goal desired body weight first.
Will keep everyone posted.
A side note I have been using this supplement @ 2.5ml once per day so far and everything has been going well. 5ml was too much for me as it tended to knock libido on it's arse.
Fear based marketing, gotta love it... Eat too little you'll break your metabolism, funny how lower metabolic rate is linked to longevity.
