Well I got another huge packet of protein powder, this time its called Serious Mass by Optimum Nutrition. This shit is like drinking engine oil, so thick and I have to drink 2.5 huge glasses of it, 3 times a day! Not to mention taste like crap, oh well sacrifice will be worth it hopefully. ..

na you can get frozen egg whites usually in the freezer section at woolies. cutting edge egg whites they called. fwiw i think hey taste like shit! go to your local chicken farm and buy them by the tray. i think it costs me $6-7 per 30pack of eggs, which last me about 5 days. dont be afraid to chuck the yellows away, got a dog give it to them or im sure you might hate your neighbour chuck it at them haha

micksnowdog... thanks for looking around - i'm more than happy to buy from the online store but unfortunately they don't have what i'm looking for.. bulk casein 5-10kg range

i've previously bought from an aussie bulk supplier but they have proved to be very unreliable and won't purchase from them again...

hehe chocolate serious mass.. he turned on me after a year of using it. ( i had a gut )

    i recommend
    * patience ( with ur appetite dont force, whats the rush it'll grow as u grow )
    * eat the foods u like
    * train compound movements no isolation ( flat bench, deadlifts and squats)
    * fish oils
    * put in 2 x fast food a week like a large big mac meal with thick shakes etc mmmm its mac time * fuck u all who says no , its needed *

when u see ur body getting too fat, cut down the fats but thats in time just gain weight.

minimum 4 meals a day.... if u can onli do 3 but ur stuffed thats fine.... ur purpose shudnt be to put on rapid weight atm it shud be slowly increase ur appetite and concentrate on compound heavy lifting... 5-6 rep exercises for 3-4 weeks then flip it alternating training with a rep range 8-12.
dont let ur body get used to same routine

remember DEADLIFTS < SQUATS < BENCH thats it the rest i dont care but ffs no cardio, screw swimming to lesure n shit like that....
goodluck man ooo and post in journals for ur up coming success!

Why are the compound movements so important? I really want a developed upper body, and two of those three movements are mainly for legs? Sorry man, Im not really sure on how it all works.

My appetite is slowly coming, but like you said, Im not trying to rush it, I felt sick when I was trying too haha. You know actually, If im taking Serious Mass 3x a day it fills me up soooo much, Its so hard to eat after drinking that stuff!

    hey man

try to limit the s mass twice or 1nce a day, replace it with food, the shakes are onli good if u cant eat/lack of time to eat .... u'll see what i mean with smass couple months down the track but dont take more then 2 a day, if u do drink alot of water to flush it ( i knew the reason but i had forgot , where the left over deposits of the shake are stored and really bad for kidneys/liver ) Im forgot what it was grr but it does leave deposits in ur body.

compounds movements, works your WHOLE body.

Squats ( not smith machine ) power rack is the most effective exercise, it works muscles in ur entire body not onli ur quads butt, think about how much weight is on your shoulders and then ur sitting up and down, ( p.s i think this is the exercise to release the most GH

Deadlifts also work legs back shoulders traps, forearms, biceps etc etc.

" your upper body will become strong and due to the lack of core strengthening in ur bottom layers you will injure youself as ur not BALANCED entirely in the future... i put my 2 cents on this when your lifting big numbers. p.s it contributes to ur upper body also

have a read of this if you have some time its great info.

OK! Just finished at the gym, was doing 3 sets of 6-8 reps of 60kg bench! WOOHOO!! When I started my max was 65kg bench, pumped out 5 reps of 70 kgs! WAAHOO here I come, extra motivation!

This arvo I did, deadlifts, squat, bench and over head press, with a few push ups and dips thrown in, awesome workout, I cant believe deadlifts actually work your upper body, im pretty sore haha.

Thanks guys, your input is helping me get results!

Will have to get a few pics soon and weigh myself..

Weighed myself in at 84.9kgs, pretty happy with that! Seeing as I was only 79kgs a few weeks ago . .

Also on the bench yesterday I did 2 reps of 80 kilos, so im thinking my first bench was mis-calculated, theres no way I could improve by 15 kilos in 3 weeks..? Crazy improvement haha, 20kgs away from my goal!

Here i am in current form, completely lost my six pack, who gives a shit anyway hahaha

woops dont know how to post picture
