    Arrow Tomek's Twenty Ten Journal

Decided to start a journal on here.. I think that a tight online community would do me good in sticking to it.. Be able to remember people's names, their goals & take in advice.

I've done more of these then I care to remember..

Quick summary of last 5 years

Fat c*nt most of my life

Lost weight ... Years of bouncing round I finally got to 10% BF

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=122506191

Took it easy the last few months.. Haven't been to the gym in near on 2 months & diet has been sh*t.. On a good note I got gyno/ tummy tuck surgery last week.

Plan for recovery ~ mid June

    -Weekly weight in + photos
    -Sub 2000 calories
    -Progressive build up of exercise
    -Plenty of water

Pictures/ stats/ details in the next few days

I'll be looking forward to watching your recovery.
Btw how are you progressing, did you end up back in the gym
yet or you going to hold it off for a little longer?

Great work mate, what was the original weight and what are you now?
How does the surgery look, best of luck with your recovery.

I thought Id take your advice & hold off for at least another week.. So I'll ease back into the gym on the 31st of May.. My recovery is coming along nicely.. Yesterday I found myself running with little to no pain.. Sneezing/ clearing my throat is no longer a pain ...

Original weight was just shy of 130.. The lowest I have been is 84 from memory. Atm Im unsure where I am, Id say 95 or so.

Im still very swollen in the abdominal area, but I think it has shown improvement. The surgeon was quite pleased with his efforts so time will tell I guess.

    thanks guys..

Been awfully lazy lately, being a bit too loose on my diet..

I'll start by counting the calorie's tomorrow.. It's always the start which is the hardest for me..

Don't be too worried about cutting calories post surgery. That combined with no training is the reason why my body torched 5kg of itself in 4 weeks. Quite a lot of muscle considering I was already lean.

Last 2 weeks have been full of continuous indulgence.. So need to start applying a routine now so that the exercise transition is smooth/ easier.

Fair enough, I suppose you would have to start getting into it again. How is all the swelling going?

It has improved a bit.. But still swollen.. I never thought it would be this frustrating though. Need to keep convincing myself that I was never this wide/ hour glass looking pre-surgery & that it's just all swollen..

Did you have the excessively wide looking hips look (just above hips) post surgery.. You'll understand what I mean..

It is frustrating. I walked into the doctors 4 weeks later complaining of it. The reply was that it would subside. It did with the numb feeling in the area. Was about 6-8 weeks for the swelling to subside but even now I still have numbness in the area.
