Ok, had another thread about my plan but as its underway i made this to show my progress. Stats are; 21 years old, about 74kgs, 183 cms tall
My income is primarily from modeling at the moment, and i thus cannot get huge or bulky at any time of the year. Late last year i was binging badly with food n put on alot of fat, ruining a 3 month cut. Heres the only pic i could find, i weighed about 78 kgs at this point, about 7 of which i put in just over a month haha. You dont wanna know the shit i was eating. Also got awful genetics for putting on fat, soon as i eat junk i slam it on. Sorry bout quality of pic, it was the only one i could find from that period

Felt like shit n badly needed to cut for work as soon as possible, without losing any lbm. Followed the Ultimate Diet 2.0 for a few months, got down to 72ish kgs and started my first cycle with. Am nearly 4 weeks into;
250 mg Test E a week with Adex and Hcg
Heres a pic from 1 week ago . I'm happy with the progress; I've been eating religously and as Jason Stackhouse would say "workin out like a motherfucker".

Still not big but plan for the cycle was always to get shredded and make some lean gains, for both of which its workin greatly. Up over 2 kgs from beginning and abs are popping out, may more definition on whole body. This goes to show you can do both simaltaneously. Slowly bringing cals up and lifting more each workout, energy to do silly amounts of cardio.
