    Default My Progress this Year

    Ok, had another thread about my plan but as its underway i made this to show my progress. Stats are; 21 years old, about 74kgs, 183 cms tall

    My income is primarily from modeling at the moment, and i thus cannot get huge or bulky at any time of the year. Late last year i was binging badly with food n put on alot of fat, ruining a 3 month cut. Heres the only pic i could find, i weighed about 78 kgs at this point, about 7 of which i put in just over a month haha. You dont wanna know the shit i was eating. Also got awful genetics for putting on fat, soon as i eat junk i slam it on. Sorry bout quality of pic, it was the only one i could find from that period

    Felt like shit n badly needed to cut for work as soon as possible, without losing any lbm. Followed the Ultimate Diet 2.0 for a few months, got down to 72ish kgs and started my first cycle with. Am nearly 4 weeks into;
    250 mg Test E a week with Adex and Hcg
    Heres a pic from 1 week ago . I'm happy with the progress; I've been eating religously and as Jason Stackhouse would say "workin out like a motherfucker".

    Still not big but plan for the cycle was always to get shredded and make some lean gains, for both of which its workin greatly. Up over 2 kgs from beginning and abs are popping out, may more definition on whole body. This goes to show you can do both simaltaneously. Slowly bringing cals up and lifting more each workout, energy to do silly amounts of cardio.

    Said i would post a log earlier so there you are Will post my progress with this cycle and finishing stats plus after pics when they come.

    Yes you can cut fat and gain muscle.. but only on gear.

    lookin pretty good man. you wanna be watchin for the body hair and chest n bacne post cycle tho i reckons if u making your $ from being a pretty boy

    True that. Had some acne lookin threats at the beginning that has kind of settled (touch-wood). I am running a Resveratrol only pct though, which iv'e heard is alot better for acne than traditional nolva/clomid. Aside from that fingers crossed and il deal with it as it comes. I decided the physical benefits were justified in the long run.

    When does your cycle end? I'll be interested in your Resveratrol only PCT.

    fuk me man dnt worry bout the modelling get a job and get big, that height and weight is border line underweight and ur on juice? dosnt make sense to me

    i just typed , male model in google images and it came up the body type same as urs.. ithink u have definately found the edge u needed cause u look tonz better mate.

    p.s ensure u see a regular doc, cause im not sure if thats healthy mate.

    Im kinda hesitant to refute back as im sure most of the forum will be against me on this one but here is my stance; currently i can make up to 3k a job, get flown around n meet some absolute glamours. Im love it as a job for the mean time, and have other career options for after (modelling career is generally quite short).

    My agents told me earlier this year if i could get more cut and improve my condition i will be flown overseas for work later this year, which is an awesome oppurtunitie. To help, i decided to undergo a cycle to obtain a very lean physique, as that is what is required. I am thus using Test for training intensity and modest lean gains rather than to bulk up as it is traditionally used.

    I understand this is a forum and everyone is entitled to there opinions, but i feel this is as justifiable for me to run a mild cycle than someone wanting to get big/feel better about themselves. So far iv'e been told its working very well by agents and the overseas plan is underway, so it serving its purpose .

    Yes, i am very light for my height but i do have a small frame,even when i have a high bodyfat i seem light if you look at my height/weight for this reason. (i.e first pic im 183 cms 78kgs but not very lean)

    I had pre cycle bloods and will get post cycles aswell, am intending to make a safe recovery, and will not touch any gear again for at least 2 years.

    I still am proud of my progress in the pics, even though im sure what im aspiring to physique wise would not impress a lot of you guys. But im sure im not the only person in the world who wanted to cycle to get leaner and a bit bigger, and i wanted to share my experience.

    its fine dumbell... anabolics was never intended for body building in the first place. some are used for serious injuries and go google it if u wanna know what its first intentions are.

    im sure people can have an open mind especially since were using breast cancer drugs, pregnyl and shit like that not intended for cycles!.

    so once again... anabolics is not intended for onli use with bodybuilding, its vastly used for different goals. goodluck .

    p.s strong winds are coming so your best to hold onto a pole or tie a brick around ur ankles this winter or u'll fly away

    Hoping a heavy pair of steel-cap boots will help to not get blown away but il still stay indoors most this winter to be safe.
    Also when you said thats not healthy did you mean the resveratrol pct, or just the plan?

    make sure its bisley and wear some king gees for extra protection ...

    neither , it was to say that incase ur underweight ( if u are ) diet and nutrition mightn't be the best.... so have u had checkups to thoroughly make sure what ur doin is not harmful ?

    Yeah man, i have and will continue to until i am recovered. As for weight concerns, atm im gaining weight, eating a shitload of whole food, and im 21.5 BMI which is right in the middle of the healthy range (18-24). So yeah im def not underweight, but i do have some pencil ass wrists n ankles; genetics are a c nt sometimes.

    Aiming to be between 75 and 80kg with 8% bodyfat at the end. Appreciate your concern nonetheless...
