Ok fellahs, i got a dexa done last wednesday and it came back 21.8% bf (see attachment for full scan)
Thursday 17th june, i started my cycle. 250mg sus and 250mg primoteston. and had 30mg dbol spread throughout the day.
My plan is to do 500mg of test every sunday and wednesday and 20-30mg of dbol on training days.
here is cycle:-
1000mg test (either made up from sus or enanthate) EW W1-8
20-30mg of dbol (training days) W1-3-4 depending
0.5mg Arim ED Through out and 2weeks after
500iu hcg spread into 2 injections. EW and 2 weeks after
Stana 50mg ED or Var 40mg ED W4-10 (2 weeks after test as it will still be in my system.
pct will be nolva and i will add some of ON's rev100.
My goal is to get my BF down to 8-10% by december, and maintain it. I want to be around 82-85kg at 8-10% bf, which i dont think is an unrealistic goal given that the dexa states that my ideal weight for my body composition is 80.5kg. If i can gain more lean muscle then obviously i wont be upset lol but i dont expect miracles.
So far, even to today, training has been nuts!!!! even on day 1 i felt stronger, i think it was the dbol. Pumps are awesome
The high test dose is because, ive done around 10 cycles (i think) at 500mg and although the gains have been good, i was looking to see if i could gain more. More of a self study to weigh/out weigh the benefits of such a dose. if the sides get too much for me to handle i will drop my dose to what i know.
ill get another dexa after pct.

Diet will be 75-90%clean for now until around sept and then ill try cleaning it right up and dropping fat. at the moment im just too hungry to not eat some dirty foods lol
i will aim for something that looks like this
bfast
50-80g oats, and WPI shake as this is PWO
smoko-4whole eggs and 1 wholemeal bread
lunch- whatever i feel like or tuna and a salad
afternoon- slow release shake and qtr rockmellon
dinner- chicken/fish/meat and steam bag of vegies and small amount of carbs like potato or rice
before bed- slow release shake
please feel free to input an give advice where you see needed.
