    Default Thrasha's Journey

    Ok fellahs, i got a dexa done last wednesday and it came back 21.8% bf (see attachment for full scan)
    Thursday 17th june, i started my cycle. 250mg sus and 250mg primoteston. and had 30mg dbol spread throughout the day.

    My plan is to do 500mg of test every sunday and wednesday and 20-30mg of dbol on training days.

    here is cycle:-
    1000mg test (either made up from sus or enanthate) EW W1-8
    20-30mg of dbol (training days) W1-3-4 depending
    0.5mg Arim ED Through out and 2weeks after
    500iu hcg spread into 2 injections. EW and 2 weeks after
    Stana 50mg ED or Var 40mg ED W4-10 (2 weeks after test as it will still be in my system.
    pct will be nolva and i will add some of ON's rev100.

    My goal is to get my BF down to 8-10% by december, and maintain it. I want to be around 82-85kg at 8-10% bf, which i dont think is an unrealistic goal given that the dexa states that my ideal weight for my body composition is 80.5kg. If i can gain more lean muscle then obviously i wont be upset lol but i dont expect miracles.

    So far, even to today, training has been nuts!!!! even on day 1 i felt stronger, i think it was the dbol. Pumps are awesome

    The high test dose is because, ive done around 10 cycles (i think) at 500mg and although the gains have been good, i was looking to see if i could gain more. More of a self study to weigh/out weigh the benefits of such a dose. if the sides get too much for me to handle i will drop my dose to what i know.

    ill get another dexa after pct.

    Diet will be 75-90%clean for now until around sept and then ill try cleaning it right up and dropping fat. at the moment im just too hungry to not eat some dirty foods lol

    i will aim for something that looks like this

    bfast
    50-80g oats, and WPI shake as this is PWO
    smoko-4whole eggs and 1 wholemeal bread
    lunch- whatever i feel like or tuna and a salad
    afternoon- slow release shake and qtr rockmellon
    dinner- chicken/fish/meat and steam bag of vegies and small amount of carbs like potato or rice
    before bed- slow release shake

    please feel free to input an give advice where you see needed.

    Great work mate be sure to keep an eye on blood pressure and salt intake with those dosages.

    Looks like a solid plan to me mate. I'll be interested in your progress so keep us posted.

    no need for nolva or clomid when using adex mate.

    good luck with that dude.. i'm in a similar position to where you are... i want to get ripped but bro i think the only way it can be done is if you eat right the whole time while your on the gear and give it 100% with training and cardio... with those all in place there is no reason why you can't be sub 10% bf there are plenty of guys who prove it time and time again..

    im giving 100% to the training and just ensuring im getting enough protein and carbs in to help me not feel so lethargic after training. I done 9 exercises this morn 4sets each in 35min. then did 12min cardio running 2min walk 1 min straight after. I aim for 6 reps with 10secs rest between sets. its cardio as well as training lol have walked out of the gym everyday feeling more exhausted then if i was training legs haha

    im not too worried about the fat at the mo, because my goal is for dec-jan, as long i give myself 2-3 months to drop 4-5kg of fat (which i think is doable) then i should be ok. ill be doing the fat loss un assisted. diet and cardio only. though i will be doing cardio now as to not put fat on during this mini bulk mass gain period.

    what do you mean by how my joints feel? when im bloated up my joints are usually fine.

    What do i do if i feel my BP is too high? i usually know its high when my face starts to get sore from all the blood in it and my toes swell lol, what can i do to prevent it happening and or what to do if it does happen?

    if your joints feel dry and are cracking you have very little estrogen and are in need of some. so reduce the arimidex dose.

    If your BP is too high start using arginine if that doesn't help enough goto your doctor and get blood pressure meds.

    UPDATE.

    I dont feel the effects of the test going crazy, i guess its cos ive only pumped 1000mg so far (another 500mg tonight). But what i do notice is the dbol working!! the pumps and the feeling it gives your body is completely different to test. I feel more like 'i could explode if needed' lol where with test im always happy and feel calm on test. My point is Dbol seems to effect me completely different to the way test does. I can feel the bloating and even see it during different hrs of the day. after taking it 2-4 hrs later im bloated as, with in 6 im not feeling so bloated.

    Workouts are still amazing! Pump are CRAZY! diet is still in check. i relax on it a little and tell myself there is no other food in the fridge so i have to eat that and its like im not dieting lol

    also i will add that my sus injections of 2ml are pretty much pain free! I do notice a slight cork but not sore to hit it even. Sus is legitimate amps, my point here was to note that not all people get sore from sus.

    any special sup or is just your standard blackmores or cenovis type ok?

    Some observations.

    I train at 5.30am, i take a hit of 10-20mg of dbol at 5am. I notice it doesnt pump me as much as it would if i was to train at the end of the day. thinking i might drop it. Im not getting the pumps and extra strength i wanted. if i was to train later in the day and spread the dose in the hrs leading up to training, it would be much better. A tip to future dbol users, if you train in the evening spread your dbol use through out the day, training in the morning, dont bother...
