I've only measured them cold but flexed lately, and they been sitting at 18". So I'm pretty happy about that. Not really sure about the rest of my limbs tho, I'm sure my legs have kept a good deal of size, although the inner thigh has got a fair amount of chubb to them lol.

I'm kinda considering changing my fat burning sups from DNP to Clen, T3 and a higher dose of Test. What does everyone think? I'm a bit worried that I'll stop losing weight or something, even though I know it's all in my head lol.

    What does everyone think?
    Cheers.

are you still losing weight now? if so then continue doing what you are lol
If you do stop losing weight then maybe do the change.

The weight loss has slowed down a little, but I know I'm holding a bit of water from the dnp too, so I'm keen to get rid of that. I've had to really cut down on my food intake too, so I think my metabolism is starting to slow. I'll go to the gym shortly and see what the scale says, if it's good I might stick to the dnp, if not, well I dunno lol. I know I'm due for a cheat meal tho, gonna go out with the missus when I get home from work tomorrow and see if that doesn't kick it back into gear too. I have t had a cheat meal in nearly 3 week, lol that's the longest I've ever gone!

Well this week (well weekend) I started my workouts again, after having nearly 2 weeks off due to my shoulder. Going into chest my shoulder felt really good but I was still stressing that something would go wrong or I wouldn't get a decent workout in. I started with chest and I had to take it really easy, but I hit the right side of my chest really well all things considered. I had to really listen to my body and when I felt my shoulder struggling I had to give up. That was really hard to do considering my left was still going strong. There were still a few exercises, mainly dumbbells, that aggravated the shoulder a little, but it just made me cut my sets short. Overall I have lost quite a bit of size and strength in all muscles associated with my right shoulder, I'm just hoping now I can get that size back in the next 8 weeks.

Yesterday I trained back, and I got a really good workout, but I could feel my right lat a bit weaker, but only on lat pull downs, and only a very minor weakness. On all the rowing exercises my right side did feel a little stronger, maybe because of the rear lateral raises I've been doing flat out to build the shoulder back up lol.

My weight is still dropping, even if it is slowly, but I have been a little naughty the last day or so Keeping in mind the differences in the variables, I jumped on the scale all drained and just in underwear, and it read 106.9. I'll see if I can grab some photos today after training shoulders and upload them for ya'll to see.

    Cheers!

are you cycling it in any way, whats the plan now? any short term goals to help you along the way?

Doses are sitting between 500 and 600, so I guess you could say I'm cycling it, just not consistently. To be honest I don't feel much difference in sides from when I was running 200-400, just a little warmer now lol. Still drained every day, but I've gotten used to it now. I have been using Jack3d pretty consistently before workout when its not too close to bed time and it helps HEAPS.

I figure I'm still around 10kg off my mark, which going by previous stats I can achieve 4-5kg every 3 weeks or so. One thing I need to do is get my head around eating clean everyday, even on a cheat meal day, that's where I fail, I've just been lucky not to put myself back so far. I guess one thing that has made my diet a little sloppy is knowing how much weight I have lost, and knowing that I can still lose it. I've got just under 8 weeks till comp time, and I need to get out of that mentality ASAP. I'm going to stay on the DNP for another 2-3 weeks, then switch to T3, clen and increased Test dosage, so for now I guess you could say my short term goal is to lose 5kg before I make that switch. I'm hoping that making that change will increase my moods and energy, and also drop some of the water I'm retaining from the DNP, not that I'm sure exactly how much that is.

is this the first time you've used DNP? have you heard of the anabolic rebound it can cause? you may actually grow once you stop the dnp and i guess this shouldnt be confused with fat gain.

I have used it, but not to this extent or this successfully lol. Anabolic rebound would be quite good, I wouldn't complain if that were the case!

Yeah cardio when I can, its kinda hard to do cardio when I gotta train, eat and sleep as well as work 12 hours a day lol. But I think I'll have to start getting up earlier when I'm working to do cardio before work, then train after work. I just gotta get in in my head what it is that I'm doing it for, as I kinda get side tracked when I think about food

But you're right, I gotta step it up big time...

You still going to compete if you don't make weight or don't come in looking good enough?

If you don't lift your game up a notch, you will have wasted all this time for a competition you couldn't compete in.

Im away from the house 12 hours a day.. up at 5am home at 6pm.. asleep around 9pm..

You can do it man. Go to bed earlier and hit the cardio up before work..

Its only being tired.. Fuck that shit!

push hard now, if you dont make it keep pushing for the next comp stay in shape and nail the next one, there are os many comps you can go in mate so dont worry if you miss this one.

That being said get going as hard as you can and try and make this one.

Yeah I'm gonna give it all I can for this one, but I will be very disappointed if I dont make it. Sorta told everyone this year and same time last year that I'm going for it then not finished what I promised sorta thing. I'm having doubts about what sort of condition I'll be in at comp time, hence the reason I haven't forwarded my NABBA application yet...

I think for me, the next 2 weeks will be the decider. I'll go all out for this next 2 weeks, literally kill myself, if my condition is up to par then I'll keep it going for the following 4 and a half, and put in my application form then. I know regardless that my condition wont be 100% spot on, I mean what can I really achieve in 16 weeks coming down from 124.5kg lol, but it could be good enough to win the novice class. Hell I might even place decent with the mass I have if I get to a reasonable condition!

In either case, the next 2 weeks will be the decider...
