Weighed in at 84.1kg this morning.. Felt crook too.. did 3 shits before 9am..
Lost all my bloat from defqon..(3kg + visible gut bloat)
Started l-cartinine, green tea extract and caffeine tabs.. no difference but the caffeine keeps me awake when driving home from work to the gym.. which is good
hovering around 85-86kg for the majority of the day..
on around 1600 calories..
Started walking 4 days a week before work for an hour.. bit of a power walk.. feels pretty good walking from 4:30am-5:30am when i get home its full light..
Started subbying to another builder, and to get back on schedule we're doing 8-15 hour days everyday including saturdays + run arounds on sundays.
So everyday im completely fucked energy wise, thinking bout upping the cals and maybe add in some more carbs for lunch as i really hit a wall after lunch now where as i never did.
My eating is shitty in terms of when i can eat as we only stop once per day at work, 5:30am breakfast, 11am lunch, 5-7pm protein shake then 2 hours later PWO protein shake then dinner.. But all depends on the day, yesterday i started work at 7am and finished at 10pm.. after 11 am i didn't eat till 10pm.. wasn't hungry either, so i just eat when i can..
I really gotta make up a protein snack of some description.. sludge i swear is rotting my gut and i just cant work around other blokes as my ass keeps letting out toxic fumes..
something like sludge but in some other way would be the goer.. small and easy to just stand there and smash sub 30 seconds.. they dont like me eating on the job here
Stomach is fuckloads more flat.. Really showing my lack of lats and abbs atm... My core is strong as, well id say its strong because of bjj and i can out crunch everyone with bigger sixpacks than me lol but yeah i need to change up what im doing and try and work on more lats and abbs work.

Ive been on this low carb low cal diet for 2+ months now, first month was fucking bullshit man i couldn't believe how fucked up i was lol,, in bed from 7-8pm till 5am most nights lol
Im pretty used to it atm, but just the long hours and hard work(physically and intellectually) are catching up on me.. I need more energy to fill out the day.
Been throwing in 100gm of almonds or cashews(unsalted) through out the day.. Swear this is boosting me up atm

Sounds good as some days i have to go balls to the wall almost not breaking, eating on the run to get shit done at work. Work is more of a priority atm, but i still complete my full workout routine, just diet is spread out more throughout the day..
Think im going to have to stop this low fat cottage cheese, my ass is fucked.. Its gotta be this i reckon.. Last week or so, its been pretty feral and that's when i started cottage cheese..

I wake up low 84kg every morning atm.. I could easily compete at u82kg class now.. Which is a 13kg drop in bout 12 weeks i think... not sure on dates but would be either 10 or 12 or something around there..
Really want to get down to u80kg at my heaviest part of the day if possibly by christmas.. should put me inline for a 6pack..
Then ill start an all out bulk for 6 months
Ok my ass fumes are pretty intense atm.. my gut is crook and growling at me.. been like that all day and yesterday.. and semi dodgey all week.
Im really confident i might have an intolerance to dairy now.
Apparently you can all of a sudden become intolerant to it.
Last 4 months atleast ive rarely had milk. Ditched it for soy milk, only time i have milk is in a cappuccino which id buy at most once a week.
Started cottage cheese last week and ever since, my ass has been more fumey than ever, its quite pungent.
Chippy im working with reckons my farts are the best he's ever smelt, and they've been getting worse, i can now even gross myself out, my car is fucked.
Ditching the cheese and all protein powders and seeing how i pull up tomorrow and the day after.. Get back on the powders and if im still all good, ill tempt fate with some skim milk.. Then maybe hit up the doctors..

Well got to a new pb of 81.7kg after 1 hour of bjj (in a gi)..
so if i sauna'd pre comp id shit in u82 class with how im standing atm
Upped my carbs and protein and thinking i might have a new outlook for the next few months.. Massive difference in energy levels, fuck me dead its huge.. Also brain function seems back to normal.
Im bouncing around 84-87kg through out the day.. Soon as i put in more carbs, bam i lost all flat stomach i had, feels like im more bloated now.
Been walking heaps.. almost every morning 4:30am till 5:30am then breaky and off to work and weights every arvo after work.
Changed my routine around, now 5 day split.
Drop sets with super slow reps for a few weeks and see how i go
Chest calves
back abbs
shoulders calves
legs
arms abbs
Got some input on my room mates diet, come up to 1900 cals off this e-book one he was sent by another bb he knows.. Im going to watch him burn and suffer!! muhhahaha this is going to be awesome as i just upped mine and now im perfect and he'll be fucked till december!
Will post up diet once i get the macro's sorted when i got some spare time.
So for now, very happy with everything. My goal of able to compete u82kg is done. 6 pack by december is put off.. Thinking a lean bulk till march might be on the carbs..
Easier to bulk and eat more now with the workload i got on atm than keep leaning out..

Is being more vascular directly related to bodyfat levels?
Im still same weight as a few weeks ago, but im now permanently veiny..
Like fuckloads more veiny, especially my arms and shoulders.. Ive got permanent shoulder veins and bicep veins now.. and the bicep one is twice as obvious as before.
This smaller increase in carbs and protein has the biggest effect so far.. Energy levels are completely normal again and my brain seems to be functioning normal again

I look exactly like Shawn Ray except for my biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, abs, back, traps, quads, hamstrings, and calves.
im alot more vascular now just working.. especially arm veins which i never could see before.. i wonder if its directly related to bodyfat levels or if its from like more usage of the veins making them more obvious or something? like a more active person is more veiny than a fat blob behind a desk? i would like some clarification.. but ultimately the scan will show its its a decently lower bf % or not.
i really gotta get a scan.. Ill hit up the guy im working for atm for an arvo off next week and see if i can tee it up.. back to 8 hour days atm with a half day saturday so i got lots of free time(got a hotfile account hahaha).
Start back a revised edition of my previous low carb diet 1900 cals gunna run it till my cousins wedding so i fit comfortably into my pants coz im too lazy and tight ass to buy $100 new ones when i got these ones i can fit in with a bit more dieting..

Really really busy and stressed at work.. 55+ hour weeks on site till christmas and 10 hours security a weekend till christmas.. Havnt had a day off work in 3 weeks

got a massage today, fuck im tight atm, got it booked in for every wednesday arvo till im back to normal..
I can sympathise man, I work 12 hours a day, travel for nearly 2 hours both ways, then have to train. And at the moment I've been pulling drill rigs apart and changing shit around on them, and in the heat on top of that. So yeah, I haven't trained for a few days now, getting kinda slack lol. Might go train legs today...
But yeah anyway, keep it up man, consistency is the key!
I only work an hour away, so its not too bad for me.. ive done the old 2 hours each way before, never again without charging an extra $10 an hour.
The big days are over for now.. back to 53 hour weeks, 40 on site mon-fri and 2 6.5 hour shifts fri and sat night
FTR im just finishing my invoice for the last 2 weeks at 143 hours + 13 hours bouncing.
Add in 3 weight sessions for that 2 weeks too!
