Once I get these fucking dates out of this way this is what I'll be sticking too for a few weeks.

Will get a dexascan next week depending on work and go from there..

Still aim to be around 10% and maintain that. Ive been close before so I can't see it being any harder to get to under 82kg for bjj comps.

Only thing that I really noticed was when my room mate cut he was depleted and when competed in his powerlifting comp he didn't hit the pb's he hit earlier. So I think I might have to cut a few kg below 82kg and carb up and be 82kg "full".. I can't see myself wrestling for 30+ minutes and be on sub 1500 calories per day and make it to the end and win lol.

Hey Cwat. Yeah definitely try and get below the weight and carb up and rehydrate. Is the only way to go, or like you say you will feel flat for sure. You want those glycogen stores as full as possible. Hope it goes well mate..

Sounds like ya training is going sweet mate. How do you pull up after the HIIT ( high intensity stuff) ? I found it helps if i do some light swimming after to help blood flow and removal of all the lactate that builds up in the muscles from the high intensity training. also ice/heat and massage.

Nice submissions mate, is that with Gi on or off ? I love using the Kimura from the guard as a sweep and end up in full mount ( works a treat ), then go nuts with elbows haha.

Well I come home and have a hot shower and stretch up heaps in my living room then have dinner and go off to work... Going to see if I can put in another one.. Perhaps on wednesdays if I don't do a date.

Im getting a massage once a week atm. Usually on weekends
All in GI.. We arn't training no-gi atm.. Usually keep that around for the comps

well was goign pretty well till I go thrown into a wall at training lol

I've torn somethign in my feet, I can't clench my feet like I would my hand/fingers. Putting pressure on the ball of my foot fucking cains, so much I can't really do any bjj.. Can't go legs at all..

Still doing everything but legs, still working 50+ hours a week..

Also made the swap to 100% organic everything. Milk, fruit, veggies, meat EVERYTHING!!!

Me and my room mate have lifted it up a notch. I'm not on any strict diet but diet mon-friday and relax a little on weekend.

No huge improovement other than my fitness is alot better with the HIIT and bjj
