Always do weighted dips, usually with a 20kg-45kg Dumbbell between my knees

I'm only doing a 4 day split now:
    Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Biceps
    Tuesday: Back, Triceps
Wednesday: Rest (code for family day)
    Thursday: Legs
Friday: Upper Body Dropset, Superset caining
    Weekend: Family Time

There's no shame in these 60 min workouts, high volume replacing high load, means less rest, more sets, more dropsets and supersets. I'm not very nice to myself in general and that's what makes Bob and Malcolm proud, total disrespect for thy self lol
So when is this joint venture that @BigT faked an injury to avoid?????

@PROJECTPETE LMFAO lost 4 words mate hahahahaha.

Didn't realise u were smashing it that hard! IMO I would still put in 1 set of heavy legs (6-9 rep set to physical failure) this works for me with legs. Maybe worth a try if u r not getting growth. Oh and about @BigT I'm gunna check with Drew to find out if he is injured or just faking it, lol

Use this leg week as an example,
Back over pump increased wait time but I would normally have 2 more exercises in the same time frame.
Squats usually manage more sets at 160, 180kg and more drop sets on way out, squats can hit 150reps by the time I'm done with them.

Compare that to my old high load sessions
    60x15
    100x 12
    140x10
    180x 8
    200x7
    220x6
    240x3

    That's 55reps vs 150 reps this time

Gotcha! I find when I hit a platue doing a total change like that will kick start growth, for me I find particularly triceps and pec like it. Really hope you reach your goal by ya birthday, I'm thinking of setting a 500kg legpress goal before 27July when I turn 50

Variation is the key, new shocks to kickstart new ventures lol

    Default Project100kg

    Haven't updated for a while.
Looks like the 100kg target is a bit further off as first thought, the body is naturally leaning up a bit.
Test is doing its normal work
Deca in me does the opposite to most, I drop water on it and actually lean up a bit

Have just added the dbol kick @50mg daily

Anyway this high volume training has been fun, but I still miss the old strength thrash
    Was chest and shoulders tonight
Haven't really pushed past 35kg in flat DB press since returning to gym this past 8 weeks, been concentrating on the reps and dropsets.
    Anyway
Tonight I thought I'd use the time to see how strength was going.
Hoping to manage 45kg on the press
    Let's see how it went....
    35kg x 15
    45kg x 12
    52.5kg x 10
    57kg x 6
    60kg x 4
WTF???? Where did that come from?
Pretty damn happy with that effort
Bear in mind I don't do any bar work on chest now, only Dumbbells, flys, cables and press machines. Anyone that thinks doing dropsets and supersets are detrimental to strength is a fucktard....
Especially when I realised I forgot to take dbol today.
Wonder what happens when I remember it lol

And I'm only training 3 days per week atm
