    Just logging in toady's cardio:

    4 sets 15 reps box jump x burpees
    4 sets 15 reps burpees x plank jacks
    4 sets 15 reps battle ropes x burpees
    4 sets 15 reps battle rope jacks x burpees
    15 minutes on stationary bike

    Tried a diff leg routine for today:

    20 minutes stationary bike
    15x3 20lb kettlebell squats
    15x3 20lb closed leg kettlebell squats
    15x3 20lb kettlebell sumo squats
    15x3 20lb walking lunges
    15x3 60lb leg curls
    15x3 60lb leg extensions
    15x3 60lb leg curl extensions

    Ok so I've stuck to this set of leg workouts. They seem to work for me since my legs are basically sore as I type this. Lol


    20 minutes stationary bike
    18x3 20lb kettlebell squats
    18x3 20lb closed leg kettlebell squats
    18x3 20lb kettlebell sumo squats
    18x3 20lb walking lunges
    18x3 60lb leg curls
    18x3 60lb leg extensions
    1x3 60lb leg curl extensions

    How's everyone doing, by the way? I haven't on here in a while due to the holidays, which reminds me...

    Today's workout was a little random:

    10 minutes bike

    15x3 20lb kettlebell clean and jerk
    15x3 20lb kettlebell swing
    15x3 60lb wide grip lat pull down
    15x3 45lb close grip lat pull down

    for the lat pull down I did drop sets
