    Just logging in toady's cardio:

    4 sets 15 reps box jump x burpees
    4 sets 15 reps burpees x plank jacks
    4 sets 15 reps battle ropes x burpees
    4 sets 15 reps battle rope jacks x burpees
    15 minutes on stationary bike

    Tried a diff leg routine for today:

    20 minutes stationary bike
    15x3 20lb kettlebell squats
    15x3 20lb closed leg kettlebell squats
    15x3 20lb kettlebell sumo squats
    15x3 20lb walking lunges
    15x3 60lb leg curls
    15x3 60lb leg extensions
    15x3 60lb leg curl extensions

    Ok so I've stuck to this set of leg workouts. They seem to work for me since my legs are basically sore as I type this. Lol


    20 minutes stationary bike
    18x3 20lb kettlebell squats
    18x3 20lb closed leg kettlebell squats
    18x3 20lb kettlebell sumo squats
    18x3 20lb walking lunges
    18x3 60lb leg curls
    18x3 60lb leg extensions
    1x3 60lb leg curl extensions

    How's everyone doing, by the way? I haven't on here in a while due to the holidays, which reminds me...

    Til the next workout. And supp hunt. Still looking out. Gaaah. Hate being busy lol

    Today's workout was a little random:

    10 minutes bike

    15x3 20lb kettlebell clean and jerk
    15x3 20lb kettlebell swing
    15x3 60lb wide grip lat pull down
    15x3 45lb close grip lat pull down

    for the lat pull down I did drop sets

    15x40lb barbell deadlifts
    12x40lb
    10x40lb

    15x50lb rowing machine
    12x50lb
    10x50lb

    15x50lb reverse grip rowing

    15x15lb single arm dumbbell row
    12x15lb
    10x15lb

    15x40lb barbell row

    Okay so hello again, guys. Here is today's workout:

    350 counts jump rope

    3x15 10lbs dumbbell bench press
    3x15 10lbs inclined dumbbell bench press
    3x15 10lbs inclined dumbbell flys
    1x10 10lbs dumbbell flys
    2x15 5lbs dumbbell flys
    3x15 30lb pec deck

    5 sets:
    15 20lb kettlebell swing
    45 second 50lb kettlebell farmer's walk

    Great work @ironchic you're nailing it
    But you need to get your grrr on,
    You are doing DB flies with the same weight as your DB bench press.
    This means you can increase your DB press weight to at least 20lb but I would expect you to actually be able to pull a 25lb press set without issue.
    Just have faith in yourself

    I will give it a try next time - always been hesitant to lift heavier. I feel like I couldn't pull it. But I'll try!

    I have been very busy the whole week so I was basically absent all weekdays and wasnt able to workout until today. So when I hit the gym I tried to train every part of my body, which left me a tad more exhausted after but well I have to make up for the missed days. So here is my workout:

    5 minutes stationary bike
    250 counts jump rope
    3x15 35lb kettlebell squats

    3 sets:
    15 30lb kettlebell swing
    15 25lb (ea hand) kettlebell farmer's walk

    3x15 45lb wide grip lat pull down
    3x15 45lb seated cable rows
    3x15 45lb close grip lat pull down

    3x10 20lb inclined dumbbell press (gave it a try as @PROJECTPETE suggested,and I was able to nail it!)
    1x10 15lb inclined dumbbell flys
    2x10 10ln inclined dumbbell flys (had to lower the weights, felt like my arms are getting really tired by the time I hit my second set)
    3x10 barbell bench press

    3x15 5lb dumbbell lateral raise
    3x15 5lb overhead dumbell press

    Re supplements try them all imo and see which one works best i.e I tried 6 different protein powders brands and found only one of them worked for me.

    I'll do the same, though a few weeks back I tried this pre workout but it gave me really bad hives. I'm not really allergic to anything though so after that I was hesitant to try stuff without hearing what others might say about them lol
