    Default Project2017

    Hey gents it's been a while since I've updated anything on my journey here but I'm still actively lifting
    Let's see what 2017 will bring.

    Here's a few pics from the past week as starting point to a big year.

    Current bodyweight is 96.2kg
    Will update lifts with the log
    Biggest area of growth this past few months has been shoulders and chest
    Shoulders are now just over 55" and chest is 49" which I'm pretty happy with only being 5'9" tall....
    Now just gotta get the fucking arms to play along

    Arms are just touching 18" with pump but I know I'm not carrying 2" of fat like normal people but it's still frustrating when you train them so hard.

    Well it's been a tough week witheork and I have only trained three times but made the most of it
    Chest on Monday was mental
    Legs on Wednesday are still making it hard to walk today
    Shoulders on Thursday were a new breed of ass kicking lol

    Been a big week for reps and giant sets, added in the dropsets to really pump some blood into the fibres and make them scream.
    Nothing like training on the verge of screams to make your day ahaha

    Just turned 41 on Friday, guess it's all downhill from here
    Still keeping the conditioning and strength is going well, got the 60kg Shoulder press last week and benching 140 from reps without a spotter.
    Legs are still holding on but still can't train them hard because of the knee joint

    Cute card. When your boy is a few years older 14-15 age he will really think your cool if your still lifting.

    60kg db shoulder press pretty good. Is that unassisted getting them into position ? I can manage 37.5kg on a good day and your pressing nearly double.

    I warm up first set with 35s for about 20 reps
    I can get 50s up pretty easy and 55 is a struggle without spotter for first rep.
    I can't get 60s above the shoulder with knee flick so need spotter to get first rep up, can get 3 more on my own then add in assisted for next 1-2 reps.

    I'm checking with the gym this week to see what age my boy can join in on Saturday mornings, im trying to see if lifting makes him want to eat better.
    Told him on his current shit diet I refuse to let him train

    Still pushing training pretty hard,
    Keeping condition on point and holding 94-95 kegs daily

    A bit of veinage for the freeks
    Guessing bodyfat is around 8% atm
