I'm sure you'd be happy with a "you're leaner" comment or "you're bigger" but this time you're getting "you're leaner AND bigger" so pat yourself on the back bro. You look bigger and leaner. Chest inevitably looks smaller when you drop the fat, but everhywhere else u look bigger.

Mate at the moment im on a cutting diet which i could post up for u if ud like. I actually had bulked to about 95kg about 6mths ago when i did my 1st cycle and have done a little bit of dieting since then.My plan is to keep cutting and see if i can produce a clearly visible 6pack which had avaded me ova the years.Ill keep posting progress pics and comments in here.

This is my current diet that im using at the moment for the guys who were interested.
Meal 1- 6 egg whites,a banana and one cup of oats in water or skim milk with a teaspoon of equal to sweeten a little.
Meal 2- Protein shake and a banana
Meal 3- 1/2 a chicken breast,1 cup of brown rice and a salad
Meal 4-1/2 a chicken breast and a handful of almonds
Meal 5 (preworkout)- Half a cup of oats mixed in protein powder
Meal 6- 1 chicken breast or a 150-300 gram steak with mixed vegies
Meal 7- 1 small tub of low fat cottage cheese
I weight train 4 times a week for 1-1.5hrs and do cardio 4 times a week for 30-45 mins.
If its a non weights day ill skip meal 5
If im doing doing cardio in the morning before meal 1 ill have a protein shake before i start.
On sundays i have a cheat day where i eat whatever i want(limited to not too much crap though.Mostly just abit of a higher carb day)
With my weightloss ive tried to limit it to a little less than a kg/week.I started my cardio at 20mins 4x per week.then when fatloss slowed i chucked an extra 5mins on each session and so on.im currently at around 40mins 4x per week.
