    Update:

Finished gear 5 weeks ago. Something happened in my life and I have not hit a gym in 4 weeks... I started today.

Went from 78kg down to 74.5 in 4 weeks. No gym at all and diet was Cereal - 2min noodles - takeout.

I look flat, small. Kind of like my before photo above... maybe a bit bigger. Needless to say i'm sad about it. I had a lot going on and gym really had to take a step back...

Plans now? Jump on gear for 5 weeks... Hit food + gym + sleep. I'll be gymming in 2 states, living out of hotels... it's going to be hard but i am going to do it.

It's a little soon to be jumping on gear...but i was only on for 5/6 weeks anyway... so i'm going to run with it... i need it otherwise ill feel like shit. Short cycle, run it at 500mg... come off.. hit resveratrol100 from OnlineNutrition for PCT. hCG throughout.

    there u go

    Good luck Plex!

Do what I do (if you don't already that is), train first thing in the morning, get out of bed and seize the day, in the gym at 6.00am all done by 7.30am. The rest of the day you can use to deal with work & life and all the other shit that comes your way, all you got to do is eat right.

    You owe it to yourself.

Thanks mate. I pretty much stuck to this:

    1. Seated military press on smith machine. Seat a notch reclined, bring the bar down just past the chin if your head is back on the bench. Arms wide, elbows 90deg.

    2. Front bent-over lateral raise. Difficult to explain in words. You bend at the knee, tip your torso forward, look up. Start with your dumbells pointing forwards, hands together, touching your upper thighs, bring your arms out like a butterfly just past parallel with the floor.

    3. Rear bent-over lateral raise. Similar to the one before but starting with the weights facing 45 degrees away from front, bent over alot further, pull your arms out and back... almost like a seated row...

Just those three. over 10 weeks SMASHED my delts... i was trained by adam blinoff.

Cheers, you were pretty good in describing the excersizes and thats pretty much how i perform the lat raises & smith mil press. what sort of sets & reps were you doing if you don't mind me asking.

Trying to. Tonight I did chest/tri's HARD. Benched 80kg (40kg each side) x 1 rep (off rack, down, up, down). Then went down to 70kg, smashed 6-8reps x 4 sets.

Did incline, decline, cable fly, scull crushers, tricep pulldowns... 110min workout tonight. Doing chest twice weekly now and the folliowing split:

    Mon - Chest/Tri
    Tues - Back/Bi
    Wed - Rest
    Thurs - Shoulders/Chest
    Friday - Biceps/Calves.

Staying off legs for a while. I am trying this split and changing my rep range because I really want to encourage my chest to grow. Some might say overtraining but what i'm doing, and have done for so long, is not working... so this is really going to work!!!

My knee was fucked for about 3 months. I'm just being lazy going back to doing legs. To be honest I don't notice any better gains when doing legs. :S

    Any better gains where?
You have to train legs to build legs.

I'm pretty sure his referring to how people say you have to squat to get bigger and if you don't squat you won't build any upper body...

Well squats attribute to core strength, a strong core is good, yeah?????

Most exercises activate the core. if done corectly to incorperate the core that is
I look exactly like Shawn Ray except for my biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, abs, back, traps, quads, hamstrings, and calves.

None better than squats though, so don't deny yourself of the best mass builder, unless your injured. I do not know the extent of plexus's injury but sounds like it's OK now and he can't be fucked. True?
