    Most likey

I'll repsond to everything here instead of they other thread cause it's getting off the topic of sustain alpha.

My point really is if your dr dosen't give you a referal to an endo you won't be missing out on anything, they all take they "well.... your probably stressed and have mental issues and are depressed" route and tell you that lowers test and take anti-depressants. I even decided to be open minded and go down that route took anti depressants and after alot of there bullshit i actully belived them that maybe i was depressed subconsiiously or some shit!!! well i wasn't and taking those SSRI's have probably done all sorts of shit to me don't ever take them.

I can vouch for laz though in saying if you go to a anti-aging/wholistic dr they will actully try help you and are far more knowagable then any GP and endo combined and it's the only medical treatment that's actuly worth there having a degree all the rest must of got their degree from a cereal box.

You can be rest assured that they will look after you, and actully get to the bottem of what ever is causeing these imbalances. Only problem is be prepared to spend a few grand or two in seeing em. I won't bother going to medical center anymore it's just a shame i have to pay a shit load of money to get above 3rd world standard medical treatment.

If it comes to that and you don't wanna fork out for an anti-aging dr you can go to www.imh.com.au they charge $110 a month for a compounded T cream, i think that includes consult fee's and everything you don't even have to see a dr from what i've been told you call they send you out pathology papers you go get tested if your in range but low they will still give it to you! it's like a legal drug dealer and they make money off selling it to you so it's all very dodgy but legal. You can self medicate for cheaper.

BUT jumping on gear all year round and blasting and cruising self medicating wouldn't all this be a sure fire way of giving your self prostate problems? or is this anther family GP myth like roid rage??

No, I think there is a risk with your prostate, however, the thinking is clouded at present.

Two theories say that DHT can be very nasty for some men, or that estrogen (given it rises as men age) is a major part of the problem.

Whatever the cause, I would not see any long-term value in staying on for an indefinite period, blast/cruise notwithstanding.

Thanks for the info. I think i'll see the endo if the doctor refers me and see what happens. Take it from there.

    Quick Update:

Blood test results before/after 1 week of Sustain Alpha.

    LH: 2 - 4
    FSH: 9 - 12
    Test: 9nmol/l - 15nmol/l
    Free Test: 30 - 31
    SHBG: 16 - 14

It doesn't look like much, though i've never had my test over 12nmol/l. Test levels can fluctuate naturally. I don't feel any different. I'll say at this point it looks promising... looking forward to getting checked in another 2.5 weeks.
Although my second blood test was higher, my (new) GP is sending me to an Endocrinologist. A female one! So i'm hoping she is sympathetic. Now i just need to get her on my side. I'm not asking for injectables, but i'm certain that I need something to bring my levels up to normal. I couldn't care whether i had to do it for the rest of my life...

I just don't know what to say. I can't explain what I feel... There's an X factor that I don't have... like i'm not complete. When i'm on test, even small amounts, i feel great. My whole mood and disposition changes. Not to mention my sex drive and weight gain.

No way 14 my arms 14 and your are way bigger than mine, mine are skinny!have you measured them? you must not have measured them unless it's some crazy optical illusion making them look far bigger.

please stick out the sustain alpha and get post bloods you will be happy as the results so far are showing an improvement then at the end i think you will have even better levels and your mood may change about needing to have some type of HRT. For the next lot you'll be able to get it in my form for cheaper even if i haven't labeled it up or whatever i'll still sell you some raw ingredients.

Hey Plex I might be off the mark. Firstly - I think you are doing awesome mate.

From that pumped pic - your guns are huge IMO - but are your front delts a little disproportionate? And with the struggles you are having with your chest maybe your front delts are doing all the work?

Not being critical - just my immediate first thoughts.

Do you primarily do barbell bench? Do you do dumbell much? I'd personally move to dumbell straight away as your primary bench exercise. And even allow the dumbells to slightly twist when pressing. Just allow your hands to be placed however feels best if you can mind/muscle connect with your chest.

Obviously with a barbell your hands must be along that same line the barbell is. I find when I do heavy dumbell presses (but not try and align the dumbells like a barbell would be) I can really hit the chest only. And thats by my hands slightly twisting out of that 'aligned' position.

I find barbell bench can target too much of that front delt area.

Now this is in me only and might be due to my bio-mechanics not well suited to bb bench - dunno.

Hope you dont mind me chipping in mate.

I appreciate the advice. Firstly, i have done enough posing in the mirror to know how best to position my arm for the best look. This pic does me too much justice. Without pump my front delts are actually too small for my bi's/tris. Side on you can't really see the medial deltoids as a seperate muscle, it just morphs into my bi's. I guess you'll have to trust me on that.

My routine generally goes like this:

Incline Dumbell press (15,12,10,8,6) increasing weight each set.
    Flat Bench Press (15,12,10,8,6) "
    Flat Dumbell fly. (12,10,8,6) ".

I alternate between flat bench press and flat dumbell press every week. I have improved my form and no longer get sore delts while bench pressing, my form used to be poor and resulted in too much delts taking over.

The week i spent with Adam Blintoff really helped my bench, and initially i was doing less weight with better form, and now i'm doing the same weight with good form, as i used to do poorly. I'm pretty happy.

My chest is definitely getting a workout, DOMS is a bitch, but it's still resistant to growing

Well in regards to your chest you know the exercises to do you know how to do them you've tried every exercise your diet is ok. The only thing left that will make it grow is:

more volume: doing more sets exercises, just plain smash the shit out of your chest and force it to grow.

    or

increased frequency: if the above doesn't work or your doing as much as your threshold and any more sets would be over training, then increase the frequency of chest days to two a week.

Also you probably know about and already incorporate Extreme Fascial Stretching (EFS) theory is that some muscle such as calfs have extremely strong fascia the stuff is almost as strong as steel. Some times it hardens and inhibits growth so pumping up the muscle then stretching the shit outta it for a few minutes to the point your in pain can help with this. They reckon this is the reason for muscle memory too.
