I reckon there's something in EFS too. I must say i haven't done much of that for a while and might pump it up and do some really slow pumping reps to stretch it up.

I think the problem at this stage is testosterone. I need to get that sorted and i'm sure i'll grow.

My arms actually shrunk. I noticed since i got back from sydney one of my shirts is getting looser around the arm. This morning it was noticeable. I'm not sure what the go is. Perhaps i need a break from training. Perhaps i need to get on the gear lol.

Strange cause i havent LOST weight. but my arms DEF look smaller/thinner.

Sounds like the first signs of over training. A break might be a good idea.

Yeah I know what you mean. I decided to take a break this week and each morning I'm fighting the urge to go to the gym. Got my gym bag packed ready to go.

I don't like taking breaks but when i do i get into lazy mode and have a hard time getting off the couch and getting back, when you in the zone your in the zone you don't wanna stop training back take a break for a week then that week will turn into 2 then a month i been there a few times.

Adam would have told you the same thing 8 weeks on training 1 week off training no cardio included.

Creatinine levels raise from over training can cause catabolism and liver failure if not rested over a long period of time. Over training can actually kill you if you dont rest and push all the time too hard. A rest is certainly needed from what your saying.

this last week ive felt run down and beat and my workouts have turned to crap. Could this be over training? even though i had my last jab just over a week ago? Would it be smart to have a week off so soon after finishing a cycle? in 3 weeks ill be over sea and was just gna use my time there as off time. what can you recommend i do?

Push through it. You're going to be taking time off in three weeks so just cut back a bit on the training. Are you doing the same workout as when you were on?

Don't know if pushing though it would be wise cause over training can be catabolic and make you worse off than just taking time off.

What I meant by pushing through it is to keep working out but at a reduced volume. It's too easy to say well, I've got the gains now so I can take it easy and then what will happen is that Thrasha will come back from NZ and have lost most of the size that he has gained because he didn't train. Why put your body through that if you're not going to at least attempt to keep the gains that you made. (By the way Thrasha, I'm not suggesting that you would do that). I can never understand people that get on and then when off cease training all together. What is the point?

na no offense taken. im not going to be training while in nz cos ill be way too busy. though my biceps will be getting an awesome work out from the constant beer weighted arm curls ill be doing lol. I do admit nz came at a bad time being so close to post cycle, but i think ill be ok. if i fit in a few whole body work outs while im there i should atleast be able to maintain some what....

    thanks for teh advice fellahs...

If you train until you leave, I don't think a couple of weeks off will hurt your gains
