It's almost week 4. Struggling a little bit with BP, I know it's elevated but i'm not sure how far. I was planning a 6 week cycle however I'm now considering increasing it to 8-10 weeks. I want to stick to my 6 week plan but i am seeing quite good gains, coupled with the excess glycogen my appearance is awesome. It's encouraging me to do a longer cycle.

What do you think for those who've seen me before.

77.8kg. Started at 74.5kg. My shoulders were improved from 8 weeks of Adam's program. I have to say shoulders came out pretty good. But since being ON they look even better from the excess glycogen.

Great progress there bro, your shoulder's have a good shape now. Keep hammering back and tricep's like i showed you.
Glad to see your coming along nicely.
As for the blood pressure you can lower it with estrogen control or try natural alternatives like L-arginine try to avoid anything that you know raises your blood pressure.

    Cheer's Adam.

Thanks Adam. My back has improved too. I just need to keep focus on my chest.

I found with the tricep exercises you gave me, just those 2 exercises done properly is enough to absolutely SMASH them. there's never a week they aren't fatigued, and sore, and DOMs the next day...

    Cheers.

Skull Crushers and Dips. Before I did so many different types of exercises. For the last 8-10 weeks i've been exclusively doing theise and my triceps really fken kill after my workout. Specifically with the way we do them. No pauses at the bottom, no rests at the top. Continual tension on the muscle, controlling it down, forcing it up... in a smooth constant ROM...

If done properly can really kill you... If you tend to rest at the top and lock out, and rest at the bottom... you really sell yourself short.

    Update:

I am now off after being on for 5/6 weeks. I planned to extend the duration however last shot was thursday so that my BP could come down for my medical assessment. It's been 6 days so i'm now calling it quits.

My BP was around 160/90 which is fairly high, with the test it's possible to cause left ventrical hypertrophy which i DONT want... I started getting chest pains and have now begun regular BP medication. I will review every few weeks until my BP is down again.

I had an ecg which came back as normal, next week i am going for an echocardiogram and exercise stress test. I really need to know for my peace of mind whether everything is okay, this will determine when i can go back on, for how long, and what dosage.

I am weighing in at around 77.5 now, put on 3kg. I kind of forget what I was before cycle so hard to tell what i look like. A few people have made comments and i think i definitely gained. I'm just curious as to how much is glycogen, and how much muscle will stay.

Today i took a diuretic, HOLY SHIT... it works FAST... within 45mins i was peeing, and every 30mins for like 3hrs. Tonight I look heaps better, especially around delts/bi's... if i took it for 6 days i'd have proper abs for sure. im going to save what i have left once i cut... i'll take these babies for 5 days and then take pics all tanned up. cant wait.

My goal is to stay OFF for 7 weeks, jump on for 4/5 weeks (short cycle) and cut hectic after that... take some dbols, lots of glucose, and then take some photo's hella ripped.

Forgot to mention I have started resveratrol100 too! My shoulders were as a result of 8 weeks training following Adam Blinoff's work on my form. Made a huge difference.

thanks dudes... michael. i have neglected legs for six weeks due to a pain that just wont go away... strangely enough, doesnt hurt most of the time, but if i sit on a chair, extend my leg out, then pull my leg in sliding it on the floor and pushing onto the ground, it's prohibitively painful.

intend to get it out, before this i was squatting 70kg ATG and legs looking very nice... not such a large sweep but just dense and defined..
