Its written on the wall......lol.....ill make a bigger brighter sign for the new shop.

Protien shakes are 80baht for a 30gm protein shake, 110baht for a double scoop 60gm shake, add 20baht if you want a banana in it.

New shop will have a couch, and plazma so you can kick back after you train with a shake.

We also do No-Xplode shots for pre workout, so drop in before you train.

Shakes can be made for take away too.

The RTD will be great to keep in ya hotel frisge though.

Id like to think our shop shits all over the 2 you mentioned.....lol.

How about the staff in that other shop, i walked around in there for about 5min and she didnt even look at me, at least Bee is friendly and tries to be helpfull.

Once you get your head around the area, it is actually almost in the middle of if you drew a triangle using the 3 Tonys gyms as the points.

That was the plan, but i went against it as I dont really want guys going out with my staff.

Ws goign to get a girl in one day a week for the service, but guys would want it everyday.

If i wanted a bar or a massage shop i wouldve opened one, so i decided against it.......at this stage...lol

would you be a daily customer at $15 a pop?

I went to a dozen places to sort out some long stay's there for my training in pattaya(mt and bjj) and at one place, they offered a "wake up service".. No alarms or telephone services.. For $20 each day they'd send in a chick to blow you off as a wake up service...

Just the thought gave me a boner for half an hour.

Say its a training holiday. You're only going to train at fairtex or kombat. Show her the websites. Get your mates in on it. Never say anything about soi 6..

Im not really 1 for exotic cocktails hey... ive only ever done test deca stack (didnt like it as i crashed hard after) and stana by it self, oh and dbol as a front load. hmmm maybe i should lol

None, i was more interested in sangsom and soda's...

I got a pricelist tho... I could do gh + anadrol + test + decca cycle for 6 months with accomodation and food in pattaya for around 15k. give or take a few kk.

If i could find another training partner serious about living there for 6 months id be there in a flash

Cwat, throw that old price list out. As of this week the shop is now cheaper, same quality, but alot cheaper, I fact you can't get a better price than us in all of Thailand.

living in thailand for 6 months sounds good though i want to do something similar while i'm still living @ home as it's impossible to do when you aren't.

Stay a bit longer and run 2 cycles then!!!

You can get long stay fully furnished apartments for $400 a month..

Food you'd live pretty comfortably on $100 a week.. Hookers are $30 each

I trained at tony's gym when i was there.. I got a pic of the prices on my computer.. I think it was like $100 a year or $1000 for lifetime or something..

MT and bjj was $100 a week from memory.. fairtex or kombat
