    Maybe my goals are different to yours. I have no desire to be 115kg. I'd much prefer 85 or 90 with minimal bodyfat.

    Been there, done that check my pics. I have been 92kg with clear visable abs

    Not bad for someone who was once fat 135kg (my surgical scars prove it). I managed to finish a bulk fairly lean whilst eating bread, sauces, going out to dinners etc, ice cream too. BTW I have no desire to be 115kg either. I quite prefer the physique above.

    Anyway this isn't about us so back on topic.

    And thankyou, appreciate it.

    Look you got to lighten up. Why I am being such a **** is because I have been where you are now and I can see it happening all over again, read too many articles and books and was too worried about minute details that made no difference. An information overload from people selling shit that keeps you spinning wheels.

    It wasn't until I started listening to the advice of guys who are bigger and more seasoned than I am that I started going places. It don't matter who you are I can't stand to see the same shit happen to other people and see them waste countless years yo-yoing like I did. It's funny because I lost the majority of my body fat with pure common sense, eating properly and hard work in the gym. It was only when I decided to start reading and getting more specific about things my progress just became stagnant.

    Anyway my apologies go out to bingoarms I have not meant to drag your thread so far off topic.

    Upper legs are good and in proportion with my upper body, dam calves though i've really struggled to get em to grow. Give me a few days i'll post up a pic.
