    Default Hi There

    Hi Guys,

i've been a member here for a couple of months now an thought i'd start posting. I have just gotten back from a 3 week holiday/honeymoon and have noticed that the site has gotten alot bigger, there's a tonne of good info on here too so well done.

    A bit about me,

I' am from SA and have been training for 10+ years,
    stats: 31 yo 5'7" 82kg
Training: basic bodybuilder split routine (1-2 bodyparts per session 12 - 14 sets per body part, 6 - 12 reps per set)

looking forward to making a contribution to this forum.

    Cheers!

A mate of mine got back from thailand a few weeks ago and had no dramas at all. It's good value for money over there, kinda wish we went there for our HM, checked the bank account last night mastercard got smashed I think if you stay away from Bankok you should be right.

This is not a basic BB routine. It's for advanced lifters.

I assume you are advance and of very little BF at 82 kg.

I am doing them now for tris as well as weighted dips, i used to do alot of skullcrushers early on and thats what built most of the size unfortunatley elbows don't like it anymore.

do not lock out the elbow joint and you should be fine, you should never lock out an any exercise.
