Hi everyone.. I have just joined up and want to introduce myself to you all..
I am 35, really enjoy working out/ body building and also love MMA. Have been training about 15 years minus a couple of weeks here or there because of injuries.
I am 177 cm tall and weigh 90 kg. not sure of body fat levels.
Am looking forward to learning about other peoples training methods and if i can share some knowledge, will do so..
