Hi all,
Been looking for a good aussie site with a helpful member base and this place looks like it to me.
I'm 28, about 5'8 if the weather is right, and weigh in at 76kg. I try and train a minimum of 5 days a week in the gym, have really only gotten back into it in the last 2 months I'd say but I feel the most committed this time around.
Looking forward to reading up on what I can do to better my gains in the gym, no doubt I'll have some questions for anyone willing to share their knowledge.
