Just thought i would say hello again. Been a member since the early days but not posted or dropped by for ages.
after the birth of my son, i kinda drifted away from training, but getting back into slowly. Just training naturally just now and slowly putting the weight back on, up to 82kg from 75kg..............which feels embarssing even posting that number. Strength is returning slowly, just trying to add 2.5kg to bar every 2 weeks. Its so tempting to just to get back on the juice and get back to where i was, but i'm trying to be sensible and take avantage of muscle memory.
Anyway glad to be back, hope i can contribute to this great forum!
