Hey guys long time lurker first time thread maker,
A little bit about myself.
Im 22 year old male from Melbourne,
176cms
I was a active kid growing up, i was always outside playing sports with friends, my early to mid teens i battled obesity due to the fact i loved food and i used to eat alot when i was bored at home but once into my late teens i began to shed the fat with a healthy diet and dedication to fitness.
Even now i battle sometimes because junk food and sweets are a real temptation for me, i struggle with moderation and im rarely satisfied after a meal.
I recently got back from a self-indulgence trip to Thailand with my partner and tipped the scales at 102kgs.
not the most ive weighed but still too high for my tolorence.
Anyway im in the process of a cutting diet im currently 90kgs, ive lost 12kgs in 4 weeks but ive slaved my ass off in the gym cardio at least 5 times a week and each muscle group once a week, currently eating 1800cals a day on a high protein moderate fat low carb diet,
hoping to get down to 80kgs with a lean body.
