    Gday guys and girls

    New to the forums after a couple of years reading through them I decided to join one. Train pretty hard most days used to play alot of footy in the Toyota cup and nsw cup but after a few injuries and not making it decided to follow a different career path.

    The new career path keeps me fit and active and I have goals I want to achieve hopefully in may next year..... ( if anyone has an idea of what I'm talking about).

    I'm 24 6ft 90kgs sitting about 19%bf been lifting and running non stop since 15. looking to cut down to about 15 or lower in the next few months with a pretty strict diet which I haven't had since finishing footy.

    Here to learn as much as I can gather info and learn from people with alot more experience then me.

    Look forward to getting some questions answered and info from use

    Hey Team

    Im an old bugger at 36 at 183cm and 96kg.
    Moved over from NZ near on 2 years ago been hard going motivating myself to eat/train like i was back home. Didnt realise how hard it was to find a reliable gym partner! (Been really missing my mates back home big time)
    But have cleaned up the nutrition and knuckling down on training. So far dropped 3kg so its a start.

    G day people, another new member here and wishing to put on some quality muscle mass and keep it on.I am not a big guy and my weight is around 64kg.I don't wish to go on any juice and am taking protein powders only.I am going to the local gym at the moment and trying to keep up a training method of 2 days on and a day off while trying to eat as I am a hard gainer also.I am 54.I don't smoke or drink.Cheers.

    Hey everyone,
    I'm 22, I'm 189cm, 84kg around 12% BF.
    I started lifting 11 months ago, my chest is lagging hard and I also fractured my ankle a few months ago which hindered my squat/deadlift development.
    As of today, my lifts are at:
    Squat: 150kg 1RM
    Deadlift: 180kg 1RM
    Bench: 90KG 1RM (Should be getting into the 100kg club in the next month I hope)

    Welcome, but leave the 1RM bullshite for the powerlifters if you are serious about gaining muscle.

    As I said I only started lifting 11 months ago and when I registered it stated to talk about your lifts so I wasn't sure exactly how to do that.

    Hi everyone

    Been reading through this forum for quite sometime now and finally registered as I couldn't using my phone but anyways been training on and off for the last few years but am taking it seriously now training at least 6 days a week for the last few months, I'm 29, about 6ft, 81kgs and looking to get to 85 but want my body fat % down to about 10%.
    I've been looking into peptide clinics for a couple days now, has anyone used them and or what are your thoughts on them? I'm wanting to try the intermediate muscle bulking stack.
