Gday guys and girls
New to the forums after a couple of years reading through them I decided to join one. Train pretty hard most days used to play alot of footy in the Toyota cup and nsw cup but after a few injuries and not making it decided to follow a different career path.
The new career path keeps me fit and active and I have goals I want to achieve hopefully in may next year..... ( if anyone has an idea of what I'm talking about).
I'm 24 6ft 90kgs sitting about 19%bf been lifting and running non stop since 15. looking to cut down to about 15 or lower in the next few months with a pretty strict diet which I haven't had since finishing footy.
Here to learn as much as I can gather info and learn from people with alot more experience then me.
