    Gday guys and girls

New to the forums after a couple of years reading through them I decided to join one. Train pretty hard most days used to play alot of footy in the Toyota cup and nsw cup but after a few injuries and not making it decided to follow a different career path.

The new career path keeps me fit and active and I have goals I want to achieve hopefully in may next year..... ( if anyone has an idea of what I'm talking about).

I'm 24 6ft 90kgs sitting about 19%bf been lifting and running non stop since 15. looking to cut down to about 15 or lower in the next few months with a pretty strict diet which I haven't had since finishing footy.

Here to learn as much as I can gather info and learn from people with alot more experience then me.

Look forward to getting some questions answered and info from use

    Hey Team

Im an old bugger at 36 at 183cm and 96kg.
Moved over from NZ near on 2 years ago been hard going motivating myself to eat/train like i was back home. Didnt realise how hard it was to find a reliable gym partner! (Been really missing my mates back home big time)
But have cleaned up the nutrition and knuckling down on training. So far dropped 3kg so its a start.

    Hey everyone,
    I'm 22, I'm 189cm, 84kg around 12% BF.
I started lifting 11 months ago, my chest is lagging hard and I also fractured my ankle a few months ago which hindered my squat/deadlift development.
As of today, my lifts are at:
    Squat: 150kg 1RM
    Deadlift: 180kg 1RM
Bench: 90KG 1RM (Should be getting into the 100kg club in the next month I hope)

Nice to meet all of you,
    Cheers.

    Thanks man!
As I said I only started lifting 11 months ago and when I registered it stated to talk about your lifts so I wasn't sure exactly how to do that.
    Sorry :P

    Hi everyone

Been reading through this forum for quite sometime now and finally registered as I couldn't using my phone but anyways been training on and off for the last few years but am taking it seriously now training at least 6 days a week for the last few months, I'm 29, about 6ft, 81kgs and looking to get to 85 but want my body fat % down to about 10%.
I've been looking into peptide clinics for a couple days now, has anyone used them and or what are your thoughts on them? I'm wanting to try the intermediate muscle bulking stack.

    Regards Benjo

Gday board, I am 41 soon, have been training off and on for 17 years...however, the last 6 months going from 5 days a week to a 6 day spilt...currently overseas, due to family issue. Itching to get back home to resume me training. My goal is 10% bf and lower, currently around 15% maybe lower...5ft9, 97 kg. I'm active on other boards/forums...within oz.. currently in the market to purchase more equipment for me home gym, looking at the megatec multi station, as I have a pretty good setup already...as I am a lone trainer, and need very little motivation to train..I have years of experience in trt. I am currently preparing for me next blast off...

Hello everyone, if anyone can help me out here it will be much appreciated. So basically im a 16 year old and im skinny. Im 5ft10 and weigh around 60kg. I really wanna gain some muscle specifically in my arms and chest. I really have no clue on how to start, what to take. Do i take protein shakes? If so which would be good for gaining muscle? Im really wanting to put in the work for it, i just haven't got the slightest idea on where or how to start.

Welcome to the forum, have a read through the diet and training sections of the forum, both are equally important, most people train hard and dont eat correctly. Supplements help, but in reality food is all you need, supplements just make things more convenient (i own a supplement store so im suppose to sell you supps but clearly thats not the case here)

After you have a read if you have any questions just post away in the respective areas of the forum or threads you are reading in and ask away and learn as much as you can.

    Gday fellas, names Patrick.

Just thought I'd jump on and introduce myself, been at the gym since 2014 and have decided to turn it into a career (personal trainer.) Found a load of useful info on here over the last couple of months and finally decided to make an account. I've tried other forums like bodybuilding.com but eh, every time I ask for a preworkout recommendation or similar question I get "The best preworkout is Cellucor C4" about 6 times in the one thread (while it is decent, it's definitely not the best ) But from what I've seen users on here have a great deal of knowledge and willingly share it which is terrific. Hopefully at some stage I can give some back.

Looking forward to poking my head in and soaking up some more info!

    Cheers.
    - Patrick
