    Hi all

    I am 33 yo guy, 168cm, 77kg.

    I've been a novice bodybuilder for a few years now. I am really looking to sharpen up my gym efficiency and reduce body fat this year. One of my biggest weaknesses is my diet/nutrition - so any assistance on how to tackle that and lose stubborn stomach fat would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello all,

    I am 23 years old who has been browsing a few different sites for a while now. Decided to sign up as the information on the forums meets my needs.

    I have been in and out of gyms since I was 13/14 nothing serious, more so just to keep me active. I had a serious accident a few years ago and after getting through the initial stage of recovery, exercise is my pain management/relief. The last 12 months I have gotten to a stage where I can train hard and the last 5 months I have vastly improved my diet/nutrition.

    Male 23, 183cm, 87kg. BF ~20% +

    Originally I wanted to 'get big' however with my injuries the more I weigh, the more pressure on my joints/body thus more pain.

    With this said my goal now is to get 'lean' with 10-15%bf but still weighing between 78-85kg.

    I sometimes struggle with 'what to eat' and hitting my daily macros and hoping I can get more knowledgeable about that. Also when I finally decide to 'take the plunge' and run my first cycle would be awesome if I could get some guidance (don't freak out, I definitely am not ready for AAS at the moment).

    Hi guys.

    I am Spilz

    I am training again after a few injuries and other commitments kept me away from training on and off for the last couple of years.

    I have been training again properly for around 4-5 months and I am slowly getting stronger and starting to see some gains. I am trying to get stronger and feel better and healthier.

    I have been using the same program for a few months now and I joined up here for tips and advice on what might work best for me program wise. I train 4-5 times a week and do cardio or Taekwondo as my cardio.

    Like most of us I would like to drop some kilos around the stomach but I am just happy to be training again.
