    Hi all

    I am 33 yo guy, 168cm, 77kg.

I've been a novice bodybuilder for a few years now. I am really looking to sharpen up my gym efficiency and reduce body fat this year. One of my biggest weaknesses is my diet/nutrition - so any assistance on how to tackle that and lose stubborn stomach fat would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,
    C.

    Hello all,

I am 23 years old who has been browsing a few different sites for a while now. Decided to sign up as the information on the forums meets my needs.

I have been in and out of gyms since I was 13/14 nothing serious, more so just to keep me active. I had a serious accident a few years ago and after getting through the initial stage of recovery, exercise is my pain management/relief. The last 12 months I have gotten to a stage where I can train hard and the last 5 months I have vastly improved my diet/nutrition.

    Male 23, 183cm, 87kg. BF ~20% +

Originally I wanted to 'get big' however with my injuries the more I weigh, the more pressure on my joints/body thus more pain.

With this said my goal now is to get 'lean' with 10-15%bf but still weighing between 78-85kg.

I sometimes struggle with 'what to eat' and hitting my daily macros and hoping I can get more knowledgeable about that. Also when I finally decide to 'take the plunge' and run my first cycle would be awesome if I could get some guidance (don't freak out, I definitely am not ready for AAS at the moment).

Looking forward to becoming part of this community,
    Omni

    Hi guys.

    I am Spilz

I am training again after a few injuries and other commitments kept me away from training on and off for the last couple of years.

I have been training again properly for around 4-5 months and I am slowly getting stronger and starting to see some gains. I am trying to get stronger and feel better and healthier.

I have been using the same program for a few months now and I joined up here for tips and advice on what might work best for me program wise. I train 4-5 times a week and do cardio or Taekwondo as my cardio.

Like most of us I would like to drop some kilos around the stomach but I am just happy to be training again.

    Hey everyone,

Im 23, and I've been training for over 6 years now. Not very strictly and starting off without considering nutrition ect. im now a lot more focussed than ever, and have been training hard and watching what i eat for the last 2 years.

I started off as a fat/chubby kid, but always into sports, mainly swimming. Got into the gym to get fitter for swimming but gym took over being my main interest haha!

I currently weigh 88kg, 183cm tall and if i were to guess my bf (/what a trainer told me based on just looking at me) im sitting at around 15% BF, i know this is not accurate at all…

I currently have a 4 day on and 1 day off split, which i started recently and it seems to be working well. Squats being my weakest lift due to a back injury (i still love squats though) and deadlifts being my favourite and strongest!

My current goal is to get up to 95kg at around 10% BF - so like most people gain mass and loose fat. I basically want to take my training to the next level! I look forward to chatting to you guys and learning heaps more!

Hi all, im currently 41 years of age, 6ft2" tall, currently floating between 97-99kg. Married and got a heap of kids.

I used to train hypertrophy when i was 23yo, i was 70kg and very low body fat % and could not put on weight no matter how much or what i ate.
After doing the gym's program for 1 month, i set about learning from anyone who had size, that's how i found out about hypertrophy training. So i broke from the gym program and started a split routine, within 8 months i had gained 18kg's of mostly muscle, and was accused of being on the gear by a number of people lol. I wasn't, in fact id only stacked creatine and whey at this stage.

Later I considered competing as i was training next to a number of natural competitors in the gym back then and was on par size and shape wise, but naturally very lean still, but never took it further.

I continued to lift for another year but didn't push further, just kept my general size. I stagnated due to life changes when i was 26 and took a number of injuries, back and traps/shoulders which threw me out of being more serious.

Its only recently in my 40's that ive picked it up again and feeling great, im down from 110kg to 97 mainly, but i need a lot of advice diet wise, and old injuries are coming back up now and then which is a pain in the butt!

Anyways, im NE Vic, and looking forward to doing a lot of reading and learning. Thanks for the forum.

    Hey everybody!

Just introducing myself as I found this forum as a result of looking for to finding some answers around getting a testosterone prescription or HCG if it will do the trick. I am 194cm tall, 137kgs in weight this morning. I am probably about 7kgs overweight, as I have a very stocky build (which sounds weird for a tall person, but it is true, haha) and am barrel-chested. My lifts are a 170kg bench, a 250kg deadlift and about a 200kg squat (all without a belt), although I don't squat much anymore as a result of some bad ACL injuries from footy. Ummm, I am also 22 years old, I don't smoke or drink, not even fizzy drinks, haha!

Again, my real goal is honestly just to get a prescription I can hold and know is legal that I can take to used to get test or HCG, as I am sick of doing it in a shady way. My testosterone was never over 7.3nmol, that was my highest reading until I started self-medicating at 19 as I was 120kgs, about 40% bodyfat, gyno and all of that yucky stuff. I am free to give any experience I could have to offer, and am pretty open about everything. My lifts at 19 before self-medicating were about a 125kg bench, 220kg deadlift and a 180kg skwaat (all with a belt). Anyways, cheers fellas! I am probably ganna sleep in a few hours, haha, but will be on here until then

    Hey Everyone,

My name is Austin I currently live in Melbourne Australia.

    I am 26, 6 ft 3 (190cm) and 83kg.

I want to gain Muscle mass and get fit. I have a goal in 12 months time to do the Kokoda Trail. I figured I would join a forum to help me on my fitness journey to pick up any tips and tricks. Today was day One. I went for a 35 min Jog but I am aiming to get to a gym soon as I am just unsure where to join and which gyms I should avoid. I am quite self conscious as I am quite skinny and extremely white. I mean I get moon burn white its horrible but I only have two shades. (red and white)

But I look forward to chatting with some of you guys! If you have any tips I would be glad to take them on board.

    Thanks all!

    Austin

Hi fellow iron temple disciples. I'm 48 and I love working out: the burn, the pump, the raw strength. I'm studying sports science at university and I'm putting that knowledge into my own training (19inch arms and still growing). I have to drop some body fat from 10 years of office work, but I'm happy with my muscle hypertrophy.
