    Took me a long time to realise this too. Never use to eat vegies. Always had sauce, flavour, cheese, mayonnaise etc on my food. Do we need tomato sauce on steak?...no, but it tastes nice, do we need mayo on the chicken, no, forget the taste just eat the steak. and chicken.

    Not going to flame you because I agree, people eat according to their taste but the truth is people are also glutonous pigs and that is what gets them into trouble. They can't fucking cook or are too stuborn and pig headed to actually try something different.

    I never ate veg etc either but I do now. I also eat breads etc because calories are needed, fibre and energy is also needed and yes because I like the taste. I just don't eat the whole loaf, portioning out your energy calories has been the key for me and it allows me to make some quick decisions when I am eating out without missing out on the good things life has to offer.

    i agree and disagree with your points shrek. Eating what your body needs only? im sure my body doesnt 'need' oysters but i still love to eat them. What is wrong with occasionally spoiling yourself? Eating can be more of a pleasure then sex so why not enjoy it? not as much as to harm your body and become medically unhealthy.
    If any1 here knows better about food, weight gain, weight loss its Ads! Hands down id listen to him before others. Not kissing ass here but the guy has made an amazing transformation to his body. You cant completely disallow yourself from every 'bad' food out there. You'l go insane trying to. Treat yourself from time to time i say. cheat days/meals? lol

    Yeah I agree with both of you guys. Lunch today was steak and brown rice. No sauce or topping just those two food groups. After a while you get used to it. I eat pretty clean except for when the girlfriend insists on going out for dinner then it gets hard trying to pick the cleanest foods from the menu.

    But the thing is though you don't need to. If you are going out to dinner once a week and spoiling yourself it truely wont make a lick of difference.

    On a side note just be conscious of what you eat. Know what you can have portion wise for meals.

    For example dinner time I would allow carbs, protein and I try to not load up wiht fats. If there is fats present I would remove some of the carbs. If I were to get a parma I would avoid eating the chips. Same with a burger. I am bulking now so different story, I'll lay on more carbs and fat. BRING ON THE DINNER BOX lol.

    Spoiling yourself is part of the fun.
    You see if you can eat well during the week, why not enjoy a take out meal or a restaurant on the weekend. I do. That's why I go hard during the week.

    Why is it I get funny looks at work because I eat tuna or chicken with salad or vegies everyday.
    According to them I am a wierdo for eating nutritious food. I am abnormal. Normal these days is eating fish and chips, chinese take-away and pizza.

    yeah same! they think OMG you eating so much whats wrong with you how can you eat that lol for fks sake its tuna and lettuce is just water not filling lol. or whoa thats way too many eggs lol

    We're men, asif we could keep up the intensity for 15 minutes.. Let alone their hips being able to take the 15 minutes of constant plowing from a guy trying to keep up his heart rate hahaha

    No one goes out with a loaded gun, that's just insane.

    On another note, ive never had a chick take it as intense as my cardio whether it be short 25m swims or sand dune saturdays..

    Sex is about as intense as my bjj warm up.. Hardly comparable cardio wise

    i used that indian god lotion a few times, and it makes him numb, it is seriously an effort to blow! it turns into a cardio session! try it. dont spray too much otherwise you wont cum lol

    We were talking about this at work.. How to prolong blowing..

    This bricky told me about this method..

    When ya about to blow, just grab ya balls and give em a bit of a pull down.. like as if you were mymicking a ball ring or something.. pull down till it sorta hurts..

    the pain gets ya mind off it, and you're good for another few minutes..

    Never tried that indian stuff.. and im into indian chicks too

    Another meathod is too press ya gouch in when you feel your about too or drink alcohol i think drinking alcohol also prolongs womens orgasms too (not necessarily a good thing)
