My first real bulk was a dirty-ish bulk. I intended on doing it clean but yeah, didnt happen. Looked at pics of how much bodyfat I gained, and yeah, sorta pushed me into a clean bulk. But that was the best decision ever. Same compounds, same amounts, but clean (90% clean anyway) and fuck me were the results great!! Weight on scale increased by only couple kg, but body composition changed dramatically!!!
All I did was ate same foods as when dieting, but upped carbs with fruit and wholemeal breads and rice/potatoes
Diet should be clean no matter what. All you do when bulking is increase the calories.
More vegies, more tuna, more milk. ,more sweet potato, more salad, more eggs etc etc
Less sugar, less bread, less pasta, less proccessed food, less saturated fat. etc etc
Yea none of this dirty cutting shit either
Seriously though try cutting out sugar 100% pretend though as if you had anything with sugar in it you will die, this is really hard if you read food lables under cabrs it says how much of those carbs are sugar, you want none.
This is really difficult in it's self to do cause 90% of the shit in woolies has sugar and it's not long till someone is tempting you with something full of sugar tryna shove it in your face. So maybe try doing this first then work on eliminating bread and anything processed all your processed meat and ect...
When i did this I ended up having plain rice and steak everyday, oats and thats all i can remember but i'm sure there was other stuff however.

what are your thoughts on like banana, and other fruits in the morning with some low fat yoghurt and some added berries in addition to eggs no sugar,salt 1 toast. <-- does this sound like along the right path of becoming more clean?
i've also been told chicken and lean beef is ur best friend with vegies/salad, add that with a wpi/wpc pure protein ( NOT THAT FILLER garbage ) and water to every meal if you can .
5 meals equivelant onli simple carbs pre/post workout. ( what are some examples of these )
and how much carbs are we looking at ?

Friut is has surgar (frutose) but i suppose the benifits of eating it far outwiegh the downsides to frutose,
Pretty much i got all my carbs from rice, oats and pasta and thats it...
Didn't get much from it i reckon i'll just go a little dirtyer next time.
hahaha this is what im doing lol. i staeted yesterday. 250mg of primoteston and 250mg of sus. then sunday another 500mg of test total. im gna try 1000mg every week and see how i go, if i cant handle the sides ill go down. also will do 20-30mg of dbol for the first 2-3 weeks just to get the strength up quick lol.
Ads what dose of stana do you suggest? and what sort of anti e? i will be taking .5mg of arim ED regardless, should i add some nolva or clomid? lol this has turned into a gear thread lol
How did you find this helped with clean bulking? i get too hungry on gear so will the stana and AE help reduce that?

Try rice and corn pasta's. In the health food section of supermarkets
Nolva worked well for me to keep the bloat off 10mg ed. 30-40mg of stana for 4 weeks. Part of the reason why gear worked keeping it clean is cause it increases appetite and makes the most of what you put into it. You eat like a horse, can't get enough clean calories in natty cause you don't have the ferocious appetite (for me thats how it is), felt full most of the time too. I have had to turn KFC and maccas now lol. Was only maintaining eating clean natty cause I just didnt want to cram that much clean calories down my throat.
BTW where is the cutoff for clean and not so clean foods, and who makes this determination?
You should not have to read food labels because you should not buy packaged food.
Lean nmeat (chicken, fish steak etc) eggs, fresh fruit and vegies..none of these are packaged. This is what your diet should consist of. No need to buy food from Woolies only toilet paper and soap.(maybe tuna)
Why would you want to eat, preservatives, colours, food additives, flavour enhancers msg, etc etc..why?
Refined carbs and sugar is why people are fat.
Eat what your body needs not what you want.
Because if we all lived life doing what we needed and not what we wanted you'd lead a pretty bleak existence.
Refined carbs and sugar why people get diabetes and other health issues, people get fat from an excess of calories and little to no physical activity.
Plenty of scientific evidence to back this up as opposed to broscience.

Just admit you are addicted to all the nice tasting food. You eat to pleasure yourself, you do not eat for your body or what your body requires.
Bleak existence you say. A bleak existence is where you are sick, unwell, or of a poor lifestyle, eating correctly will make existence non-bleak. Again you are eating for plerasure not what your body requires. Have sex, that will make life non-bleak.
Flame me if you like but it's the sad truth for the general population. We eat because it tastes nice. We do not eat what our bodies requires. If it is not palatable we do not eat it.
We all need to harden up.
Took me a long time to realise this too. Never use to eat vegies. Always had sauce, flavour, cheese, mayonnaise etc on my food. Do we need tomato sauce on steak?...no, but it tastes nice, do we need mayo on the chicken, no, forget the taste just eat the steak. and chicken.
