    Default How Much Water?

With so many different views from health experts on how much water an active person should consume I just thought Id ask you guys? I struggle to get 3 litres a day into me but kinda feel thats enough. How much water do you guys drink daily?

3L is probably just enough... It really depends on how active you are, how big you are, how much you sweat, etc... There definitely isn't a 1 size fits all number, but 3L will do if thats all you can manage, 4 or 5L would be better...

So long as your urine is fairly clear (apart from the morning piss) you're fine.

We do tend to get a little obsessive about this .... remember, the amount of water you need comes from ALL sources. Everything you eat and drink has water in it, so all your water needs, do not need to come from, water

The science on how much water is enough water is massively problematic. The simple answer is to drink enough so as to never feel thirsty. How much that is, is up to each individual.

    Cheers
