Like with anything I say there is no need to be anal about things. Just ensure you're not eating 5 cans of tuna a day and you'll do fine. No need to be extreme just find the middle ground.

The following is a list of the protein utilization of different foods:
    Eggs: 94%
    Milik: 84%
    Fish: 80%
    Cheese: 70%
    Meat: 70%
    Soybean: 68%
isn't whey 100% or higher than all of em?

Semen is high in protein. I produce heaps of it and can hook you's all up if you's want? Straight from the source! Its not so much an underground lab but 'under covers' lab. cock loads of the stuff. just you's all gota wait in a line with your mouths open for it
I look exactly like Shawn Ray except for my biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, abs, back, traps, quads, hamstrings, and calves.

So in theory if 100% of your protien intake was from whey ONLY you'd be better off (assuming you also had the correct amout of cabs, fats, and other nutrients)

I had your mothers analyse it just recently. At the time it was high in pineapple juice and very salty (according to the oral analyse). So if your cutting and worried about your sugar and sodium intake id reconsider oral administration. As it is, a large dose of semen is administered and will affect dieters.

I can though suggest using it as a topical cream or a suppository. Best place for fast absorption is the face, neck, breast (or chest area) and the cheeks of the bottox. Also works great vaginally. Your mothers also reported greater lubrication and general feeling of well being with some flustering effects (with vaginal administration).

    hope this helps

    pretty much.

It's the same with people searching the miracle diet of acai berries, fish oil and goji berries grown in only one special Perivian village that will make you grow. Stupid overthought logic gets you nowhere because you spend your time thinking rather than doing.

Well yes and no. I think that the problem with whey is that its fast absorbing. So if you have a protien shake, an hour later all the protien would be digested and you would need more. Whereas if you ate a steak then 6 hours later your body would still be digesting and absorbing the protien. I kinda look at it like an ester with whey being prop and steak being cyp. I haven't done any research this is just my theory.

yea i see, but i wonder how long the amino acids stay in the blood cause it would take 1 hour for whey to break down into aminos but then how long do the aminos float around in your system.

the ultimate thing would be a IV whey protien drip.

I would say if they are not being grabbed for use in cell repair they would start to be converted via gluconeogenesis.
