    Agreed. Hence great for around workout time, better sources for other times of the day.

    Eggs! I eat 3 of the round fuckers for lunch, runny ofcourse.

    Woudnt you think lean red meat would be higher than 70% protein? interesting.. . ALso agree on the lentals, man i love those,

    lol i have eggs (boiled) and i use a carton of white to get my whites. it pretty good mixing the fresh whites into a shake.
