Anyone used them and had noticable effects/physical difference?
My mates got into them and reckon they are the goers..
Personally never tried them.. Still using ON whey in the bag..
Also, any anyone would recommend? and/or time and dosages?

Never had the casein shake cwat. Have heard they taste terrible? Dunno how true that is.
I smash heaps of cottage cheese but. I love the shit. But cottage cheese has casein protein.
Mix cassein with whey for slow and fast release protein.
yeah i was thinking of trying these too as i was told them and whey protein shakes are good for u... i duno if it true... could be a sales pitch he he
Or you could just add milk which has 80% casein protein to your whey and save your money.
sounds like a good option adz :P
Hmm ill look into it.. Can't hurt to have a 2litre milk extra a week.
Yeah i used to think it tasted shit. But i never have it on its own to really taste a huge difference.. I just like ditching the 80 grams of fat in it.
$3 a litre? I get the so good 99.9% fat free lite version for $2 a litre..
Shits me as i have to buy 7 1 litre bottles worth.. Wish they made a 3 litre or bigger.. We go through 14 litres give or take between me and my room mate a week lol
Buying bulk is so much better tho.. We buy our meat buy the 10kg lot... Saves heaps compared to buying at coles or woolies..
If only i could find somewhere that will sell a box of cartons of eggs at a reasonable price.. We go through a dozen a day of them too between us
cwat I dunno about having so much soy milk eh? I know you shouldnt believe everything you read but google will throw up some very mixed results on soy products. There is stuff about soy mimicing estrogen - "The core of their concerns rests with the chemical makeup of soy: in addition to all the nutrients and protein, soy contains a natural chemical that mimics estrogen, the female hormone. Some studies in animals show that this chemical can alter sexual development. And in fact, 2 glasses of soy milk/day, over the course of one month, contain enough of the chemical to change the timing of a woman’s menstrual cycle"

Then again there are plenty of websites saying how healthy it is. Mate you drink a lot of it by the sounds!
Has anyone else have anything to add on the soy debate? For me the risk seems realistic enough to steer clear of soy products.
I used the zymil lactose free milk didn't so good made lactose free milk it's probably that heat treated milk that i can't stand. Would of love to have bought zymil in bulk but yea they only come in 1 liter caltons.
I buy everything else in bulk also like steak 10kg ect..
