Really???? Ive had 3 shakes per day for nearly 10 years, i've no problems gaining muscle or loosing fat.

Can i ask where do you get all your information in regards to training and nutrition? who are the people that you listen to and get your advice from?

obviously whole food is king, but for those of us that cant eat like demons all day then a shake with some fruit or nuts or what ever is good. Fk imagine eating a tub of cottage cheese or eggs again in the day. its good to mix it up but seriously prepare 5-6 diff meals for a day every day? i think not.

plus shakes are like a sweet chocolate treat for me haha
I look exactly like Shawn Ray except for my biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, abs, back, traps, quads, hamstrings, and calves.

Yeah same here! its easily the best tasting thing i have all day...

my lunch and dinner are the same thing, usually 1cup brocolli and 200gm meat (change meat every 2 days, its easy just to cook up 1kg worth and not cook every fkn night)..

    I do my own research.
Maybe you would have grown even more if you had proper nutrition.
I for years did the same, 3 meals and 3 shakes every day. Stupid me.
Set me back years I reckon.

You do not require 9 meals, that's barely enough time to digest previous meal and your eating again. Drop 2 shakes.

I have nothing to prove to you. I did say I had made many mistakes in the past, on ly recently have I realised the error of my ways, and whole food is much better than shakes. You do know it takes more calories to digest whole food making it better for fat loss?

You have your 3 shakes mate, your choice, I'll have my one.

By that logic you should only have chicken every 6hrs or so and steak every 12hrs or so...

Sorry, but there is nothing wrong with having 9 meals a day as long as your macronutrient breakdown allows for it in your diet...

See i think you do, you being the most outspoken person in this forum and so quick to criticise others and their methods I think you need to show us all just how big and lean you really are.

What evidence do you have to back this up?

    400ml whole milk
2 scoops of dymatize vanilla whey
    50g oats
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
