this is my current diet, it is pretty much this and has been for the last 2 months:
5:30am: apple on my way to the gym
6am: workout with BCAA and gatorade powder
7:30am: shake with 30g protein, banana, qauter cup oats, handfull frozen berries and soy milk.
10:30am:apple.
12:30pm steamed chicken breast, Bok choi handfull of rice.
3:30pm: protein shake (water).
6pm: chicken breast or steak with brocolli.
25yo 84kg
goals: to lean up (can currently pinch more than an inch)
over the last 2 months i havent noticed a huge change i also run 45 mins 3 times a week
any idea where im going wrong?
