Do you need to ask a question to some of the people on this forum.

The best way to go about this is to give as much information as possible.

Start with a break down similar to this:

Stats:
25 years old, male
have been training on/off the past 6 years, have been solid training for the past 6 months.
I am 6ft tall and 90kg at a guess i would be 20%BF

My goals are to lose weight and gain muscle

My current diet is very basic i eat 6 meals per day all with decent protein. (as much info as possible on your diet will help alot, like a break down of what you normally eat and if you can get specific like how much protein/fats/carbs/callories you eat per day in your meal totals people can really see where you need adjustments)

My current training program is a 4 day split with a 1 day on/1 day off routine like so:

Monday: chest/biceps
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: shoulders/traps/abs
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Back/Tricep's
Saturday: rest
Sunday: rest

Details about where you struggle in your training, for instance i dont train legs much what should i do to get them bigger and stronger, my back is lagging etc etc
