Default Cheat/ Big Ass Meals :)

Whatsup guys. We all know that occasionally, a very large meal can be psychologically and physically beneficial when trying to gain muscle or shed fat, so i thought id start a thread to share any notable cheat/plain huge meals you have had in the past.

Im curious because on the weekend, me and some mates went to a Hotel called the White Cockatoo in Petersham who are renowned for having the biggest pub feeds you can get your hands on. Heres a pic that i swear doesnt do the schnitzel justice (couldnt attach it so heres the link).

    http://www.sydneypubguide.net/galler...=schnitzel.jpg

Anywho, i ended up polishing not one but TWO of the bastards in order to win a bet with my mates. They were flabbergasted, suffice to say they couldnt get through half of one of the schnitzels themselves. I'll just note at this point that i am a measly 70kgs So im pretty proud of that effort, even though extreme stomach discomfort followed.

However, i know you guys with proper mass could eat me under the table, so id love to hear some of your big meals.

    Cheers

    Two. That's pretty impressive.

I don't eat large meals anymore so I couldn't compete.

Jesus, that maccas effort is a pretty fair go. That amount of bread (maccas bread at that) alone would be enough to bloat you the fcuk up. Imagine the calorie content of the meal

What about you O.N, your a unit! You must have put away some monsterous meals in your time

On a side note, i actually reckon cheat meals can make it extremely hard to return to a high protein, low fat and carbs diet. Its like that part of your brain you kept at bay the period you established good eating habits is suddenly loose, and its telling you 'why dont you keep going? (relapse style)' haha, and im usually not content with the meal for this reason. All that sugar and fat hijacks your willpower lol.

Do you guys have any sucess with them? if so, what kind of schedual do you have with them?

    Cheers

I agree with you there. I think it goes with the all or nothing attitude but it's always why I like the cheats best to be had late at night so it generally doesn't continue.

When dieting I had to do it to keep me sane. But this time round I'll play with my ratio's a bit more so I can hopefully stop or reduce the carb cravings. That killed me last time...

Yeah, i reckon id have to agree with the overall consensus here; cheat meals (as in junkfood) generally do more harm than good, unless you got some crazy ass willpower. Its almost akin to nakedly kissing a chick when your trying to be celibate (haha).

Weekly refeeds are more productive, with perhaps a few days of the year were you can eat anything you want, and a set date /structured program to return to after (the lack of structure is what'll get ya).

Having said that, il probably still brag about my schnitzel massacre at any given chance

Went to out back's jack to take on the 1kg rump challange

    this

It's a 1kg rump steak (35-36oz), big serving of wedges + steamed vege's.. Eat it in under 30 minutes.. Get the meal for 1/2 price + t-shirt.

I got it done in 13 minutes, whilst socialising and taking pics..

Store record was 15 minutes (state is 9)

Going to give it another shot in a month or so for speed

I been wanting to do this for a while now but I have heard that the quality is pretty crappy.

Fair effort mate, I think I might go do it like this weekend if I need a feed up.
