Hold in the mouth let the capsule dissolve with a small amount of water or drink of your choice, then hold in the mouth for a few more minutes, the longer you can keep it in your mouth the better while it absorbs through your veins and gums. then swallow it down.

We recommend: you put 1 capsule into your mouth with 5mls of any beverage of your choice and let the capsule dissolve usually takes 2 minutes, once dissolved hold in the mouth for another 2+minutes then swallow, for best results the longer you can hold in the mouth the better.

yeah its ok as long as you hold it in your mouth soon after dont leave it for a few hours or anything.
